They had great staff! Also the complimentary wine tasting, cookies, snacks and breakfast were a great touch. Also they let us check in early and leave our bags in the lobby after check out.

The Hotel rooms don’t have a door for restrooms and the room itself is too small if you are traveling with 2 people it's not worth

This place is great. Especially for the fantastic location. Not sure why it’s so cheap. The rooms are small but no big deal.

A great little hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly good for something so simple. A perfect stay.

The hotel location was ideal, located in downtown palo alto with tons of places within walking distance. We were there for a graduation at Stanford and was able to walk to the campus (about 25 min from hotel to center of campus walking leisurely) and enjoy the scenery and weather. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they were very accommodating to allow us to check-in early. Checking in was easy but the electronic system was a bit slow. The first room they gave us, the card reader on the door wasn't working so we did have to try a few times and eventually got assigned a new room. They took care of the problem quickly.

It's in a good location, for decent price. The photos on the website are pretty deceiving and don't give you an accurate idea about the size of the rooms. But overall a decent place to stay for a night or two if you plan to spend the day outside.

This hotel was above and beyond my expectations. The room was cute, clean, and had many extras that made it special. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided free warm cookies and wine every night. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to Stanford. The front desk delivered ice to my room, let me borrow an iPhone charger, and let me check in early as well. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Outrageously expensive for the modest facility. Gym fee should be included.

Xy, Thank you for the stay and the great review. I am sorry about the initial glitch with our computer system (remember T1?) and the issues with the door. I am happy that we could resolve the problem quickly to your satisfaction. I hope you are able to return in the near future.
