The BBQ area was a life saver. Went down to Walmart and grab some grilling stuff, and had a great meal with my boys.

The pool has restrictive hours you’re basically given a four hour time slot 9-1 or 2-6. Not exactly sure what they expect you to do the rest of the time since their Restaurant on site is in open. Each day we went to the pool we were told different information so some days we could bring in certain things and sometimes we couldn’t which was annoying because our hotel room was not close to the pool so to take something back to the room was a big hassle. On top of this our room smelled horrible it was almost like something was decaying in the garbage disposal.

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Fun pools for kids and adults to enjoy!

The Shadow Ridge property is beautiful. I don't understand how any business can survive with the absurd virus restrictions being placed on them. The property has shut down ALL the public ice machines, because getting ice by pushing the button with the ice BUCKET, in 115 degree temperatures, will spread the virus, but getting ice from the poolside bar does NOT spread the virus. So it's warm water for you, since there is a shortage and ice will not be delivered to the room. The golf course looked gorgeous as well, should have tried to play there.

Awsome views awsome balcony enjoyed everything the 1 bedroom villa had to offer.

We loved our stay at Shadow Ridge. It is a great property with lots to do and friendly people working there. Family friendly for sure.

Loved the number of pools and amenities at the pools. The grounds were beautiful, and staff was very friendly! Bed was comfortable, too. A few areas of improvement: the grill restaurant seems like it could use an overhaul on its food (definitely not worth going there - staff was friendly, food was gross); we could hear a lot in our room, which was annoying (loud coughs of neighbors, dishes being washed, tv - much louder than hotel rooms I’ve been in), and lastly I’d say the enforcement of guests hogging pool chairs (many people took up several spots and weren’t using them - seemed they just wanted “space”). Truly though, this place was a really fun and very pleasant getaway! I would stay again, and maybe just specify location of room to avoid as much noise from neighbors and plan ahead knowing the restaurant on site isn’t a good option.

The property is gorgeous!! The pools are clean, heated in the winter & the amenities are outstanding! So wonderful that we have purchased 2 weeks here for as our timeshare!!!

always clean neat and friendly staff willing to help

Shadow Ridge golf course is a great track and complements the whole resort. Rooms and pool are clean. Customer service is great.
