Very please with the visit. Only wished the check out time was later.

They are currently not cleaning the rooms during the stay. Also, the pool capacity is limited so expect to wait in long lines. I just didn’t find the value being there for the price.

Great place but a main door that separates two units can be a little loud sometimes

Wonderful staff and very quiet and private The kitchen was very well thought out

We arrived at 11am, tried to check in and they could not accommodate until 4pm! Ridiculous!! It was Coachella weekend so we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. Finally checked in at 1am when we got back!

Great property and so I will be back sooner and later

lovely decor, comfortable sofas, loved that they came and freshened up the room

Very nice, modern rooms and very clean. Friendly staff.

Absolutely great, clean, quiet, friendly. Highly recomended for both families and parties

We had a nice 2 night at Desert springs Villas 1. We enjoyed walking over to the JW Marriott for their buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced, I was surprised ($20) we also had fun going on their electric boats. The lady that drove us told us about the hotel and info to the immediate area. She was very helpful.

Always love staying here. Great place for families!

This hotel was perfect! I would def. stay here again. I traveled to this hotel with 8 other women and each person feels the same way. Very clean, staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.

Poor construction. Only worthwhile staying here if needed for a large party.

A friend and I treated my son's girlfriend to a long pamper weekend for her birthday. We stayed in a quest house and itt was all very relaxing. The spa (facial especially) was fabulous. Our only complaint was that although housekeeping took our towels and washcloths on day one we only got towels from then on and not daily. Also we only had two coffee cups and when we asked for three we never did get a third so one of us had to have our morning coffee out of a wine glass. They never did take away any dirty dishes and on one day we had to eat our breakfast (just muffins and fruit) out of the containers they came in. We just kind of rolled with what was thrown at us so we still enjoyed our trip. We were just a little disappointed in the housekeeping. We all said we would go again though.

The room was amazing. A fully stocked kitchen made it a pleasure to cook. The shower was perfect. An incredible bathtub in the bedroom. The food at the pool was really good and reasonably priced. Lots of children's activities, but you needed to have an adult present. That made it difficult when you have one child that wants to swim and the other one who wants to do an activity. The only bad thing was you cannot use the main hotel pool on weekends. The villa pool is OK , but feels more like an apartment pool than a resort. Todd, the bartender, made everything great at the pool.

We needed a sunshine getaway, and this fit the bill. There are lots of families here, and it looks like they plan for that with a whole indoor area for kids. This is a timeshare property and you are 'renting' from the owners, I didn't quite understand that when booking, it wasn't really a hotel experience. There are three properties adjacent to each other; two time shares and one hotel. There is a shuttle that runs around connecting the three so you can use the amenities at different locations. Slightly inconvenient since you want your pools right there, but it was fine. Each area has a quiet pool, a few small pools, and a main pool area. Villas 2 has the better pool area for toddlers, though Villas 1 does have a small wading pool. The JW does not have any wading pools and the shallow ends are way too deep for little ones. If you have a stroller, you definitely want a lower unit since there are no elevators. The plain double queen rooms in the villas are just like a standard hotel room, which is fine if you have a rental car so you can go out to eat, it is not enough of a kitchen to cook. The villas are just like a furnished apartment. If you want a restaurant, you can go to the JW or in town, there is nothing on site except the poolside grill that closes at 6. We enjoyed our stay. (One side note to parents planning naps, the doors are super loud and every time our neighbors walked in and out of their unit, the slamming door woke the baby! The villas do provide a pak-n-play which fits in the closet if you have a single room.)
