Next summer update the pools/hot tub (August close them and renovate) It is a lovely property

Housekeeping was available upon request

As usuall this small Property was clean and well taken care of when I go there things just work the hot tub top the pool is warm it’s also clean The other residents seem to be quiet and it’s always a nice relaxing place to stay in Palm Springs

Decor was late 60's but tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and the gated grounds were attractive.

I loved how close it was to downtown and dinning areas . Room was spacious and pool was cool . I didnt like the limited parking , (more rooms than parking spaces ) and at night a more thug/ gang / criminal , type of guests began to come into the property . . but that can happen anywhere . . pool / jacuzzi bottom texture looked run down and in need of resurfacing.

Shower is very small and extras were limited. The carpet needs to be updated. I did not want to walk on my bare feet. Buf it was quiet and the bed clean and comfy. The room I was in just needed a refresh.

The main pool was busy with kids all day Saturday for a birthday party and was on the other side of hotel. The pool sized jacuzzi was right in front of my room but 100 degrees. (who wants to go in a 100 degree jacuzzi in 97 degree weather??? Plus at night it was as bright as a football field no privacy

Property was clean and updated. Nice Staff. Rooms were very plain especially the bathroom with a pedestal sink with no place to put your toiletries. Definitely a no frills place to stay.

I liked the mid century vibes, the hot tub and pool had a noisy crowd late into the night.

Great location. Near restaurants and walking.

The place was very nice, comfortable just a little bit noisy peopke partying at the pool late. N8t enough parking.

I loved the swimming pool, shaped like an Oak leaf. In each of the ‘curves‘ of the leaf there were seats and jets. The whole pool was a giant hot tub! We were the only ones using it (Covid, Town was super quiet) but I can imagine it is really fun when lots of people are there. While we were lounging in the pool/hot tub, we couldn’t help but notice how much care the cleaner took over each room. Spotless! As she left the room, she thoroughly cleaned the door handle and it’s surrounds. It gave me a feeling of confidence in our room, in these troubling times of virus spread. 5* for the cleaning team.

Very Palm Springs vibe and architecture, not far from downtown and very close many shops and restaurants

Excellent place for smokers. Great staff. Great pools with sun and shade areas all day long. I loved it and I will definitely go back to this hotel every time I’ll visit Palm Springs.

Had a really cool super retro vibe , but also a super retro place that is very new and upgraded
