Great place to stay. I enjoyed my 2 nights and would stay again

Pre-covid this was probably a great place to stay. We only stayed for one night. The staff were as friendly as could be. But there was no one on the property. I saw maybe 6 people in a whole day. The room smelled like it hadn’t been used in awhile. You know that stale air smell? But as I put the bags down I saw an ant on the bed. I killed it and went about settling in. My daughter went to the patio and said there was a bunch of ants. And yea.. there was a line of 100 ants going right past the patio door. I went out into the hall way and asked the house keeper if she had any spra but she didn’t. Good news there is a CVS right next store. Bad news is they don’t have any spray either… so we had Ants. We clearly saw the hotel was severely understaffed and we didn’t want to be an issue so we just kept the patio door shut and hoped no more ants were getting in. Overall the property is well kept but just under used and under staffed to maintain everything. The details are not even close to being met. But like I said the staff were incredibly nice. However! The Hampton Inn in Juno is a great little hotel! Small enough to maintain for a small staff and a nice property by the beach.

The hotel is seconds from I-95, but very dated. The rooms need to be remodeled, our bathroom toilet was leaking and the tub looked very old.

They were welcoming and due to flying I had a migraine and they have me water and free medicine to help

convenience to necessities, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc..

Housekeeping needs to do a much better job. Items were dirty or not restocked properly.

The housekeeping was superb. I tipped the housekeeper and she was so appreciative!

I was very disappointed that there was no heat for 2 days. The maintenance crew was very responsive though.

Loved everything about my stay at the Double Tree Hilton in West Palm!

The restaurant hostess was rude. I asked about getting a black coffe to go and I was sent to the restauarnt. All the coffee contianers were empty except for one that was set up near the coffee that looked like a creamer or milk container. When i advised the hostess that all of the coffee containers were empty, she barked at me an told me the small one in front had coffee. After being barked at like that, there was no way I was going to tell her that that coffee was cold. The check lady was unaccommodating and the rooms you call non-smoking are masked with perfume and to a m=non-smoker it is evident they are smoking rooms that are masked with a very strong smelling over-powering deodorizer. I travel a lot and thought I would try out Doubletree for the first time...it will definitley be my last. Hotel neds updating and in spite of requesting a room close to the elevators for safety reasons, they booked me in another buidling far away from the elevator...at last now i know not to book this hotel again

The location was convenient to many restaurant and medical facilities. All the staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, during my week long stay. Definitely would return!

Everything was clean and quiet. Right off the parkway. I would stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and everyone was very nice.

The hotel is seconds from I-95, but very dated. The rooms need to be remodeled, our bathroom toilet was leaking and the tub looked very old.
