The best area to stay at WDW

Comfortable beds. Room not really clean. Check in very slow.

Its Disney

Love this place , amenities and location

Absolutely loved the location. Convenient to many restaurants, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. My only negative about the property is the fact that there aren’t any lifeguards at the pool, people were smoking around the pool, the pool was freezing even in 90 degree weather, and there wasn’t a spot to lounge in inside the pool. Being that this was an adults only trip I was able the enjoy the property but would not bring my kids here.

The location and price are the only reasons to stay at the Swan or Dolphin. Our room was much cheaper than the Disney hotels in the Boardwalk area. The convenience of being able to walk or ride the friendship boats to the Boardwalk, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios is such an excellent perk. Unfortunately, the rooms are getting quite run down. The bath/shower in our room was made up of broken tiles and a refinished tub that was leaking. The vents and painted surfaces were very dirty. There were distinct hand and finger prints in makeup or tanner on the bathroom door. The door was so large for the space that one can barely fit into the bathroom while closing and opening the door. We stayed at the Dolphin several months ago and it was even more dated and worn. I hope that they will do maintenance and renovation to bring these hotels back up to an enjoyable level. If so, I’d stay here all of the time.

I love that you can walk into Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants too!

Location. Location. Location! Easily can access Hollywood Studios, the only park I visited. Easily could walk to Boardwalk, Yacht Club, and Beach Club for reservations made.

Was slightly updated, but needed a bit more to charge the prices they charged.

The rooms were very clean the staff was nice. And the pool area was so nice.

Friendly staff, super clean room, I stayed for two nights and three days, and never had an issue. Very convenient because there were shuttles available to take us to all the parks. Will definitely go back.

Liked restaurants and pools onsite

Like restraints walk across eat at dolphin burgers and icecream

It was great accept wearing face mask.
