1. The hotel did not update their website re: room service, hotel restaurant, and pool access. We chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY because we wanted room service and the other amenities. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known these amenities ceased to be offered due to COVID19. The staff was also very dishonest, we bought beverages from the fridge in the deli daily, and the price for these drinks (bottled water, juice) changed daily. I paid several dollars more in the evening than earlier that day, or the previous day. When I pointed this out to one of the staff members, she snapped at me and said "prices went up", despite there being 30 min between the time I purchased the drinks the first time that day. Room service also failed to follow my specific instructions to come for light cleaning daily ONLY after 12:30 PM. They consistently came at 8:00 AM each day we stayed, and sometimes they came twice in the morning, despite me telling them to come in the afternoon. One of the days, they didn't even come at all, and then we had to clean our own room and take out the trash, We should have gotten paid to do THEIR jobs. Absolutely disgusting service and experience.

The Sheraton did a good job of cleaning and keeping us safe. We asked for some extra items and rather than enter our room they put them outside for us. It was disappointing that there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The space is there. I hope they get to open them back up before another stay.

The property has potential as a hotel, however the hidden fees and absolutely nothing provided not even coffee. You must pay for everything. Not warming at all.

The blanket under the comforter was dirty.. It did not appear to be clean.

We stayed in the hotel because of the proximity to the meeting place for work, but far away if you want to go to Disney or Universal. The room was clean and the temperature of the A/C was great. I was on the 5th floor and since they are renovating on the 6th, I could hear the pounding on my ceiling in the morning (but to be fair, the hotel informed us ahead of time).

Everything was great for me. The location was perfect and so was the price. Staff very professional and nice!!

Very quiet and stylish hotel. Loved the decor and look of the hotel.
