Everything was good I like it have all kitchen inside so was awesome everything

Cleanest fast good employees very nice locations it was only for one night so didn't get to explore the whole until or Villa

The property was wonderful. Everything about the resort was exceptional. The only negative aspects of my stay revolved around communication and customer service. I had to shorten my stay by one day, so I told the gentleman at the front desk upon check-in that I had to cancel my last night. He said to simply text them when I left. The following day, I started to second guess his direction and decided to call the front desk to make sure. To make a long story short, the Marriott ended up retracting on their approval of refunding my last night causing me to almost lose out on $400. Luckily the Orbitz agent I spoke with ended up allowing my refund. In addition, I left my laptop charger in the guest room. The Marriott assured me that there was not one in there and even though they knew of my 9:00am meeting, did not try to help in any other way. I ended up having to go to Target to purchase a charger and the resort somehow still hasn’t found the one I left in the room. Finally, upon check-in, our room wasn’t ready. They let us use the pool, which was great. I was told I would receive a text message when the room was ready. I ended up going to the front desk at 5:30pm to check the status of the room (check in time was 4pm). At that point the gentleman was able to find a room for us to check into. Because of two reservations being combined into one, we had to leave our room the next day by 10am. We were assured that we would take priority. We didn’t get one until 3:30pm.

Room was clean and spacious, Great location , Tijuana flats nearby was a plus for us. Hut tub was nice In room .

Noisy. My room was just feet away from a dumpster, and for some reason Marriott staff seemed to be constantly wheeling some kind of carts over pavers which made a lot of racket. The worst of it was that they did this at 5 and 6 a.m.

It was easy to find your way around the property.
