Lobby A/C didn't work. Had a very run- down old feel.

I didn’t like the fact that the bar wasn’t open at 5pm for food and drinks. Also no extra bathing towels were not delivered to me as requested.

Convenient, close to airport, clean

Close to the airport. Very convenient if you have an early flight

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, always trying to make sure everything was okay. The snack area was well stocked with goodies for the kids.

Checked in but didn’t get into my room for at least 1.5 hours. Get to room, no key available due to a problem with their system. Bathroom not working so I had to take my 7 year old to the lobby to potty each time. Manager on duty was not able to get us another room and dismissed due to being extremely busy the complaints about the toilet. I cannot believe how bad the room was and when I asked about the cleaning of the room she said that they are understaffed and had too many issues to deal with right now but we have a room.

So close to the airport yet feels like a resort.

Had a few issues while staying there 3 nights. We changed rooms three times because the drains weren’t working in the bathroom, next room moved strong smoke smell. The hot tub didn’t work while there. The pool filter wasn’t turned on despite there being more than 5 ppl in there. Had to request them to please turn on and then they sent someone to clean all the debris in the pool. Our room keys also kept deactivating. If you’re staying more than one night I would not recommend.

The hotel room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Hotel was very close to airport had to find someone to check us in no one at desk mid afternoon. Hall way to room was dirty but over all would stay again.

The beds were very comfortable; the wifi and business center were good. The shuttle to the airport was not working--big disappointment. Very nice hotel--I will come back if they start the shuttle service again. The staff were very nice. Parking was free and wonderful.

I stayed 4 days and housekeeping never cleaned the room maybe due to Covid but it would have been nice to have fresh towels and cloths. Overall a decent room with buffet breakfast.

Checked in but didn’t get into my room for at least 1.5 hours. Get to room, no key available due to a problem with their system.
