It was just ok !!!!! Honestly if your staying for one or two nights … the rooms Are fine for sleeping… TOTALLY fine… if you’re staying longer… you need to upgrade… grab and go breakfast is terrible… sorry … you can improve!!!! Rooms are satisfactory…the hotel guests are very very ….interesting… but overall it’s not the worst place to stay … the area is TOO MUCH in general… but again it was for only 2 night last minute… so it was fine

I wish I had read other reviews before booking here. It took me 30 minutes waiting in line to check in. The staff was friendly, but prone to errors. As I was checking in, a guest came up to let them know that they were given a room that was already occupied. The entire property is dated. My room was humid and damp from an inadequate AC, and it reeked of mildew and marijuana. There was a screaming fight right outside my room at 2am. Needless to say, we only slept 5 hours and left super early in the morning.

This atay was okay, the hotel wasn't much to brag about. The guests at the pool had music playing and it was soooo loud, no microwaves in the rooms, the tub was dirty on the sides, the room smelled horrible when we first came, they didn't give enough bath towels nor did we recieve room service the 3 days we were there. The front desk ladies were friendly. I probably won't stay there again just because of all the noise. I like silence outside of my door, besides people walking by.

The location is better but the facility is elder. The breakfast time is properer but there is no acceptable except for the light drink like water and the limited cupcakes.

Front desk Jose is extremely rude. First room we received had ants in the bathtub, tv was not working. Second room had stains on the sheets and a bad odor.

Awesome place to stay.. great area. Any bad reviews are a lie! Jose from the front desk was a life saver!

Hotel is acceptable. Rooms are adequate, Bathroom was big, but no counter to place personal items. Breakfast was there, but not very good.

Breakfast included eggs, pancakes, sausage and fruit so it stands above surrounding properties with only continental breakfast. Just wish the food could be kept a little warmer. It's evident the property is undergoing renovation which is a real plus.

The pillows were a little lumpy but the mattress was good. There was some renovations going on in a different room building but it wasn't too inconvenient. The free breakfast was a little disappointing. But overall for price it was good.

You get what you pay for. This was inexpensive and it shows. Not the cleanest. Pillows are terrible. Sat for 2 hours waiting for them to get a room ready for us during check in and even then didn't get the room we reserved. 15 minutes after getting into the room we laid down to rest and housekeeping literally just walked right into our room with no warning. Their free breakfast from 7 to 10 was empty by 7:10.

The room is not modern but clean. It's very close to Universal Studio. It claims to have free shuttle but basically it's difficult to use since it only has one time shuttle at 7:20 am to Universal Studio and back at 6 pm and the breakfast starts at 7:00 am. The Breakfast is good comparing the other two hotels we booked on the way to and back from Orlando.

Free shuttle is once in the morning and once at night. It leaves hotel 20 minutes after breakfast starts and nearly 2 hours before the park opens! Bed squeaked every time we moved and the TV remote was dead.

I did not get the room that I paid for. The property is currently under construction, one day I had to wash my hair and change my clothes because the worker dropped shedding over the balcony. The entire property had 1 microwave for hundreds of people. Everyday I wanted to go to a different hotel.

When I went in the shower they was hair in it. And I was dissatisfied with the breakfast it was all cold and not much variety.
