Love being able to stay at a Disney resort without paying several hundreds per night. Don't love the cut-back on room cleaning services, coffee was never restocked

We stayed for 2 nights. A typical motel room. The room had a Murphey bed which made the room feel bigger during the day when the bed was up. There were disney buses that started 1 hour before the park opened. We needed to get to another hotel on the property and was able to use the bus to disney springs to connect.

Loved the property decor Dislike the distance of buildings from main lobby, pool, etc.

Despite being one of Disney's lower end resort properties, everything is well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. Food, bar, pool, laundry machines, gift shop, video game room are all available on-site. The only thing that would make this and all of the other All-Star resorts better would be if there was an on-site gym. Otherwise, the resort is great and I would definitely stay here again!

missing the magic of Disney rooms, the recent renovations have removed it from them

Everything was good. I would stay again. Could not beat the price.

Awnings where you wait for the buses would be nice, microwaves, coffee pots and handcream in the rooms are missing, thermostat is fixed. Cast members awesome.

This property is fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The worst part of staying at any of the all star resorts is having to share a bus. This does not happen all the time to everywhere, but when this occurs, buses can get extremely crowded and takes longer due to making additional stops.

Hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean, staff is always helpful and friendly would highly recomend

Very nice and convenient it’s Disney it’s just awesome
