Check in was wonderful the staff was extremely helpful trying to accommodate my 2 rooms to be together. Only 1 elevator was working. Rooms were spacious however humid and muggy…woke up to a wet table and floor meanwhile the other room had water bubbles in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Saturday at 2am there was an extremely rude large group making an obscene amount of noise with music blasting, smell of marijuana and lastly we were able to hear them having sex. They had no consideration for the guest staying. Multiple guest complained and the noise continued until 6am. When we went to complain the assistant manager, she offered us a comp breakfast and stayed she would speak with the manager regarding discounting our stay. Needless to say no one followed up with our party. We were told no manager was on site which is hard to believe. Additionally the cosmetics of the resort upon check in is fine but once you reached certain floors the cosmetics aren’t so wonderful to look at

Big appeal was the shuttle unfortunately the shuttle only has one pickup from the hotel in the morning and two pickup in the evening from the parks (9:30 am pick up from hotel to Hollywood studios and 4:15 pickup from Hollywood studios to hotel or 8:15 pickup from Epcot to hotel). Clean lobby, old interior, you can tell the hotel has been renovated and the focus was the lobby and not every floor. lobby staff were helpful and kind. Pool is nice, cold, and refreshing. Could use a little clean up around the pool due to all the floating tree leaves. Elevators are very slow. Overall the property is in an amazing location and very easy to get to restaurants and very close to park property.

I stayed at the resort this weekend and I was very disappointed. It seems like they are trying to cut costs so the AC in the lobby, hallways, and elevators is turned off so you’re dying to get to your room or outside. Thankfully the room ac does work. They’re also not cleaning your room during your stay, which is ok for us, but some other customers may not like this. Finally, they had an elevator down and it took us 30 minutes to get an elevator back up to our room because the elevator has a service entrance so whenever an elevator would come it would be taken by custodians. Apparently their door opens first (this is on the ground floor) so they would get in and then the customers would not be able to take that elevator and wait for the next one. This happened continuously for 30 minutes. When we were going down to check cl out, a custodian tried to get IN FRONT of us into the elevator while we were waiting. What happened to customer service? Thank god we were in the top floor cause I saw plenty of families waiting as we did for one elevator that was being taken up by laundry carts. They really need to train their staff of the importance of customer service.

Possibly the least personable staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, aside from one gentleman who actually tried to help. If your DoorDash forgets to give you utensils, plan on just eating with your hands because despite having a full on restaurant in the hotel and despite them selling microwaveable food that requires utensils, they will tell you they have literally no utensils for you to use. I am not joking, the older grey-haired woman sitting downstairs at the desk will look you in the eye and tell you they don’t have forks. At a hotel. That has a restaurant.

Not at all as updated on the website needed more work I changed rooms twice in one day.

It was a very short stay but the hotel was nice!!!

I liked the layout and colors of the rooms. Just needed a bigger pool, a warm pool, and faster elevators

This is a great location if you are travel to the theme parks in the area. There is a lot of food nearby and all the parks are a short ride away.

No microwave in room/ wifi was awful/ front desk was rude/ they had us pay extra on arrival they the resort fee plus 50$ .. the pool was small and again had to use hot spot for my sons ps4 witch i jad to pay my carrier smh not a great experience your in your own room but can hear the person in the next room snoring smh

I like property and services. Room was clean and employees are so sweet. I recommended it.

Ants in our bedroom, and an employee waiting by the elevators trying to get us to attend a time share meeting after a long day at the theme parks (the meeting would have been for the following morning). Fully expecting to be receiving time share information via mail to my house. The location however, was good. Just disappointed in some of the other things I mentioned.
