Checked in 2 hours early, upgraded to the Master Suite Poolside. Marcia/ Marsha is helpful, polite, professional and was training a new employee too. Ross helped me out with luggage and was very knowledgeable about the B Resort. Had a few minor issues and staff was quick to respond. Thank you for a memorable experience during my stay.

If you’re looking to stay somewhere close to Disney Springs and be at WDW in 15 minutes and on a budget this will do just fine. The pictures make the rooms and property look nice but that’s not what you get when you get there. They offer free shuttles to the parks. I wouldn’t come back here for my next trip nor recommend. The room I received was not cleaned, seemed like it was rushed to put together for the next guest. The day I scheduled for housekeeping they did not show up. The room and building had a weird smell. The hot water doesn’t go pass luke warm temp. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall, this place is just an outdated building with some “higher end” finishes. I would book somewhere unless you’re on a super tight budget.

The property is very dark and hard to see at night. It’s dirty and the rooms smell. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I purchased the Stunning stay, and it wasn’t as stunning as the picture. The stunning room is only worth it if you are on the bottom floor. Check in was at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 9:30pm. The front desk said they would call when it was ready and they never did. Our room looked like all the did was change the bedding, and towels. 1 out of 5 for cleanliness. We had to request clean towels and wash cloths 5 or 6 times over the phone and in person at the front desk and it took the 36hrs to get them to us. I would not recommend this stay if you are looking for a Disney experience or a nice hotel experience at all. The lobby was pretty, and the valet staff was very nice, but that’s all the good I can say.

Specifically picked this hotel because it had a balcony on the above floors. When we got to our room, the balcony access was blocked. There was only 1 working elevator, so we had to wait a while each time we wanted to go up or down. No welcome gift or upgrade options offered. Had to request extra towels multiple times. When calling the front desk, the phone rang several times and no one ever picked up. For being a Disney Resort hotel, I was rather disappointed. However, the American Kitchen restaurant was very good. Food was delicious.

My bed had stains, we found a pill of some sort on the 2nd bed and it was just a very old and unsanitized hotel. They need MANY MANY improvements.

I will preface this review that we had very bad experience with something completely out of the hotels experience, which was horrible in itself. But the stay was not great. We rented two rooms for our family for one evening, and after that night I’m just thankful we weren’t booked here for a week long vacation. One room has a soaking wet carpet, the door to the shower was coming off its hinges to the point you couldn’t open The door without a horrific scraping noise from the glass rubbing against the tile. Both rooms were in desperate need of a deep clean, particularly in the bathrooms. Moldy grout, cracked tiles, and just over all not great. The kicker was waking up in the morning to find a Stain on the blanket that was very obviously not from our family and had been there a while (I’ll let your use your imagination). Especially during Covid-19 times that was quite disturbing to find. However, the staff who helped us were very kind and helpful with other needs of ours, children enjoyed the pool, and adults enjoyed the pool bar. I’m not typically a negative person, and hardly write reviews, but it’s very unlikely we will be coming back after our experience.

We stayed at the property a few years ago and it was wonderful, but this time the property seem to go down in their appearance and quality. The rooms are dirty and the AC was off, so the room was stuffy and had a moldy smell. We were awaken at 5:00 AM from the alarm system, with no one to instruct us where to go and what to do, the next day no one apologized for the inconvenience. On top of that we had to pay for a resort fee of nothing that was provided from the resort! I will never stay there again!

We had a nice view but it felt like our sliding door was open. You could hear everything! Elevator service was horrible only two elevators and they took forever waited about 10 minutes before we headed down the stairs. Tried calling down to the lobby and no answer we had to physically go downstairs. The experience was great! Wish the bar by the pool was open late though.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. I like the size of the room and the view, however we could hear the elevator running all day beginning early in the morning. It was loud enough to wake us and keep us awake. The room was dirty and even had left over wrappers on the floor, the toilet paper roll dispenser broke right off the wall when trying to get a piece of toilet paper, and no one ever answered the phone. We had to go downstairs for towels and toilet paper. The website advertised a restaurant that was always closed the cafe had gross frozen type pizza and was advertised as "authentic Italian pizza," the hotel advertised an arcade where most of the games were broken and wires were exposed making it unsafe, the pool table was out but didnt have any balls in it. Nothing had an out of order sign so you wouldn't know nothing worked until you pumped a bunch of tokens in. Lastly, the hotel did not enforce their mask policy and some staff didn't wear a mask themselves. Will never stay here again and will also not recommend this place to anyone. I have already posted on some groups to not stay here

I checked in at 11pm due to a delay in my travel plans, after explaining to the receptionist that I would appreciate a late check out she told me that would not be possible which already started the check in process on a bad note. Regardless I was tired and ready to sleep. I made the choice to pay for my stay in advanced and was unpleasantly surprises to find out that the hotel resort fees and parking fees were additional to what I had already paid, doubling the cost of my stay. I am not a fan of surprise bills as I am sure no one else is so to find out the cost of the stay was double than originally advertised I was upset. It was too late at this point for me to look elsewhere and I was too tired to fight it, I just know I will not be returning back to that hotel.

Comfy bed. Our room was in an older area of the hotel, not the high rise. I did not see the additional $25 parking fee...plus the 'resort fee' which is a joke in all of these hotels when all I want to do is sleep, wake up and leave.

This hotel was nice, clean, the staff was very friendly, and only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs! It had free shuttle service to the parks as well! The room we had was huge and had everything we needed!
