Location in nice area, close to shops and dining. Very good breakfast!

We have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn many many times and have always been happy with our stay. Its a good location for us and, up until this time, has been a solid value. Unfortunately this trip was not as great. I understood that things might be a bit different with covid having happened but I was not expecting no one cleaning my room unless I stayed 5 days unless specifically requested ( yet no signage indicating so) and having to go ask at desk several times for towels, trash bags to empty our very small trash cans and tissue. Also, the included breakfast was almost non existent. Oj machine was broken our whole stay ( 4 days), ran completely out of milk twice, had 1 option for bread and was in general disappointing compared to past trips where we were happily surprised about how nice the breakfast was. I figured it was just a fluke or a new manager forgetting to order enough supplies but -seeing past reviews after this stay- this has become a reoccurring issue on all counts. Sad because this has been a great hotel for us up until now. The hotel is visually clean, the location is across street from a Walmart, the employees are friendly. If the basics are fine for you and you dont mind living in a hotel room with no services -then you will like it.

Room was very clean and very nicely done. Bed was comfortable. Nice staff.

We waited for 2hrs for a maintenance guy to come to our room to fix the air conditioner which was leaking (the floor was wet) We were told they would send them up 45mins later we got a call from the front desk saying that the maintenance guy was on his way up... We waited 45 more minutes.... Called the front desk got put on hold for 15 minutes and was told he had to run to a store to pick a part up for our air conditioner (no one had looked at it) continued waiting... I then went to the front desk and pitched a fit because this was ridiculous. Ask if they had another suite we could be moved to... Nope... She called her manager asking where the maintenance was or when the maintenance would be up there... She told me that he was on his way would be 10 mins. I then told her as it was supper time that I had a 3yr old that I needed to feed so he better be there soon. Went back to my room, waited 30 more minutes and finally the guy came to fix it. He didn't need any parts. Just some wood to prop up the air conditioner and a vac to clean up the damp carpet... The room was very nice other wise very roomy and great for 2 toddlers to have space. Sack breakfasts (not a fan stupid covid) pool was very nice!

Convenient location to the I-80. Clean property. Large rooms. Breakfast was amazing!

This Hampton Inn is in a good location for us when we travel to visit family in Omaha and it is always clean and fully stocked. Breakfasts can be a little tedious and set up of breakfast line is just asking for people to be waiting in lines. Move stuff away from the waffle machines- esp on weekends.

When I asked if my family who I was visiting could have breakfast with me one of the morning, they were very nice about saying yes.

Good hotel in a good and central area, Aksarben Village, restaurants, shops, walking and biking trails.

Nice hotel, great location! New hotel with lots of amenities.

The hotel in a newer property adjacent shopping and very close to University of Nebraska Omaha. The choices were varied but not a huge selection. The food was good quality and plentiful. Waffles and eggs, beads and fruit as well as cereal.
