The property is located close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. We didn’t have any housekeeping while we were there and I thought that was odd. Okc has really changed this last few years. I don’t know exactly how to describe it, but is starting to feel like Dallas- impersonal and under construction.

The classic look and just so neat

Very nice staff, easy quick check-in, convenient parking/valet services, indoor bar restaurant was fabulous!

I liked the historical nature of the hotel. I felt like the bed we slept in was old and my husband and I fell toward middle which made our backs sore when we got up. I wanted to stay in the hotel because of the workout room but I was in the basement with the pool and the ventilation was not great. The staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately, a good night sleep and more inviting workout facility would prevent me from staying again.

It’s such a beautiful building. There was noise from a construction site early in the morning which was irritating.

Construction going on next door woke me up every morning at 5:30 am . I called the front desk and they where clueless and didn’t seem to care. Check out is at noon and I was also woken up at 10 am by housekeeping on the morning I was checking out. The rooms can only be cleaned after you check out due to covid I found very odd. Also the shower had mold growing in all the grout joints . Just very quality all the way around from the staff , to management and room quality .

The hotel has a perfect location which is at the heart of Oklahoma City. I just wish all the amenities were open. But with the pandemic in full swing, what can you do. I also wish that they gave me a room with a better view than the parking lot. I guess, sometimes you're lucky, and sometimes you're not.

Feels like lots of character and history here. Staff was great, hotel was very clean and kept up. Only slight negative was some nearby construction - didn't hear any noise, but some access and parking limitations for the time being. Would stay here again if I get back to OKC.

I didnt stay there because of virus spike. Im awaiting my refund

Too much construction! While not on hotel property directly it highly influences property.

This was a great hotel and great staff. A wonderful experience.

They have a nice bar, but that is about it. This hotel has expensive parking if you need to stay more than one night. The only other option to park your vehicle is to use the meter parking. The check-in staff performed there jobs perfectly. The room (double bed option) was nice but the floor was a bit dirty with human hair and I was also asked to move rooms early in the morning which was inconvenient to say the least. The hotel made up for this with free meals. My next room was not very pleasant. It was the same kind of room but it was by a housekeeping utility closet so it was very noisy. The room service was not very efficient and I had to leave a message and wait for them to return my call. The food as not very good. The fried items were soggy, and the chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. The cheesecake was surprisingly good and so was the coffee in the french press until the press broke. The amenities of the hotel (pool, spa, and gym) are very small and nothing to get excited about. Check-out was also a pleasant experience. Long story short, this hotel works for business travelers best but the money value is not worth it.

Thank you for your comments. Our housekeeping services are still upon request, as some prefer not to have us in their room due to COVID. Hope we see you again one day.

Thanks very much for sharing your feedback. We will get a look at that bed right away. They are not old so there must be something wrong with the frame or something. I'm so sorry about that.
