The hotel did not have room and cancelled my reservation and Orbitz charged my credit card. I need a refund because I did NOT STAY AT THAT HOTEL. AND THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE

The front desk clerk was somewhat accommodating after he received a call high From Orbitz customer service. I pre-paid for my room and that’s really about the only problem that I had. If staying at this property I just would not recommend pre-paying for my reservation.

I did not stay. The front desk woman was helpful and understanding, she said they would refund my money so I hope they do. It was a scary area and the room smelled horribly.

Tara at the front desk was amazing. Great customer service. She was very helpful.

Worked fine for what I needed. I was just passing through OKC. If you’re just passing through and need a few hours of sleep, it’s fine.

Nobody robbed me. The rooms were clean but no internet the intire stay.

Nice clean affordable and very quiet worth the money for a cheap nice stay

The front desk staffers were nice, but the room had almost no supplies, just a bar of soap and three towels (which didn't look very clean). Should have spent just several more bucks and stayed at the motel right next door, which includes free breakfast.

To many working girl and to much drinking beer in the parking lot and around my car

The toilet would not flush. We called to report it to the front desk and the woman was nice enough to bring us a plunger. After unsuccessfully clearing the problem, we reported that it still would flush. An hour later we returned and were told that maintenence had fixed it. Nope. Finally was cleared by the end of our fourth day there. Also, our keys stopped working everyday after housekeeping was done with the room. The manager blamed it on keeping the key next to our phones, but the only other thing in my pocket was US currency. Not to mention peeling paint, tiny toilet seat, no tissues and old crt television. Oh, and the pool has not been opened in years. This place is a real gem...not.
