Easy to get into with a 41 foot horse trailer, pet friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Unit was clean and tidy. At night we could hear water running constantly in the pipes overhead, perhaps the toilet in upstairs unit. Bummer. But the buffet breakfast made up for the sleepless night. A server plated the breakfast for us. Coronavirus precautions well done.

The staff at the Best western plus are all awful. They must hate working there. And the pool was closed during labor day weekend probably because maintenance is to busy eaves dropping and pointing and talking crap about there guests spying and just plain lazu

Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasok. In the book it said breakfast was 6:00 and we went down n it wasnt open till 7. Friendly staff.

I dont like the people and their ignorant attitudes. They fat lady is the rudest person i have ever met. The koi fish ponds are awesome though!

I always have like this hotel 🏨 because it’s very nice 👍 and close to everything in Ogden

Restaurant on site was good food, the new clubhouse addition was nice with pool

The property is currently undergoing some major renovation which caused noise and a little unpleasantness. However, it looks as if it’s going to be absolutely beautiful when they finish. It just wasn’t relaxing for my visit. The absolutely best feature is Jeremiah’s, a great restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. All my encounters with the staff were pleasant. I would use this property again.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice coffee bar and great that they accept dogs for a reasonable fee

Nice hotel. Convenient for our business. Clean, well managed

The hotel was good for a 1-night stay. Not for a long stay.

Checking in took forever! One lady arguing with a guest because they made his reservation for the wrong month, the other lady did not seem to know how to run the computer. It took about 15 minutes to finally get checked in. Our shower head was broken. It sprayed water all over the bathroom. There had been a hand towel over the shower head when my husband turned on the shower, so they, obviously, knew about it. There were only two bath towels, so my husband used one and I used the other to mop up the floor, which meant no shower for me. When I told the lady about it at checkout, she said, "oh yeah. We weren't supposed to rent that room, but since you booked online, there's nothing I can do for you." Horrible customer service.

The hotel was located close to family. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. While hotel rooms are older they were clean and comfortable. The restaurant located on the premises was very good.

I loved this hotel. Close to I-15, great restaurant onsite and a beautiful large park with dog amenities.

Nice decor, was unaware that no breakfast was provided.

The room was amazing, especially the jetted bathtub! It did not disappoint!!

We are sorry that you experienced poor service during your stay and are sorry that we had to close the pool for two hours for covid cleaning and maintenance. Please know that we don't allow any of the behavior you speak of from our staff and we will follow up and continue to train our staff to give excellent service always. Thank you for your feedback
