I have to say for the most part it was a great experience. The check in gentleman was more than pleasant and helpful. Gave us a lot of information. The problem came in with the manager I approached the counter where she looked at me and said" YES" with a annoyed tone. I explained I wanted to know if she could exchange my dirty dishes and she said " I can give you a rag if you want to clean them yourself, thats what most guests do" Her tone and attitude towards me was a reflection of the type of supervisor she is. The workers near the counter did not even want to look up because she was being so disrespectful. That was a Sunday. I was staying till tuesday but was so upset we left Monday instead. Someone needs to retrain this manager in customer relations.

We didn't know what to expect during the busy summer season with COVID shortages and the irus still around. The staff were really so friendly and helpful, despite all the staff shortages related to COVID. The property was clean and the to-go breakfast was great. All staff were masked which made us feel comfortable (although most guests were not, which is the way it goes). Honestly better than I expected!

Our toilet was barely functioning. No one of the outlets in the bathroom worked. The bathroom sink stopper was broken. There was sand in the beds. The TV in the room is extremely small, the remote was broken. The staff was extremely rude. The breakfast buffet was far from a buffet. The pool was closed and it was 80 degrees for our entire stay! When we asked the front desk why the pool wasn’t open; they said “ we don’t open the pool in the middle of winter”. It was the end of May. This hotel is absolute trash and extremely expensive. Will never stay here again. This place ruined a nice family vacation.

The property was nice and close to the beach. I m sure the amenities would have been better before Covid but with the safety procedures in place getting breakfast was significantly changed and is more of an order what you want from a limited number of options. Not a huge deal. The beds were super comfortable and rooms had good insulation from neighboring noise and was the most important part of our stay great sleep!

The room was clean when we arrived however they never came to clean the room or give us toilet paper and towels while we were there. We had to ask someone but they gave them to us right away. There was a long wait at the front desk even if I was the only one in line because the staff stayed in the back away from view, this could be because of COVID-19, not sure. But the staff were very nice and extremely helpful once we got their attention.

Checked in June 29th. Linens & towels not changed and no room service for the 3 nights spent; this probably was due to the COVID-19 situation. Kept swatting flies in the room and elevators.

I liked the cleanliness of my room and the common areas

Everything was fine under the circumstances. The pandemic CoVid-19 made things a little harder than usual.

Check in was pretty standard. I was told that there would not be breakfast due to the pandemic and was understanding. My family went to our room and on the surface the room appeared to be clean but the floor was slippery, it seem to have some type of polish.wax. My children took off of their shoes and their white socks turned black. The outdoor balcony had two chairs one of the plastic chairs were broken. Inside of the microwave there was pizza cheese stuck on the glass surface. I wanted to enjoy my short stay with my family so I did not complain but notified the staff upon leaving who did not appear to care much. The facility could definitely use some cleaning.

The heat didn’t work , the tv didn’t work properly , the staff was rude , I was charged extra money for no reason at all and I never althorized it , it was loud all weekend

This property was nice and tidy and the staff was welcoming and we loved that we could bring our pup with us! The breakfast room always clean with no sight of crumbs around! Everything was well stocked and included a great selection of items.

Video games ,and breakfast (could have bacon or ham one day) Nice firm beds. Should have a pet floor only but can see the rationale for not doing it.

Mostly enjoyed the fitness center and continental breakfast.

Only thing I didn't like was the balcony windows need to be clean

We hope that you brought these issues to our staff. Therefore, we could of taken care of the issues right away .Due to covid we are not doing a buffet style breakfast anymore. We still have the waffles, bacon, eggs, and sausages, However, instead of the guests making the food themselves a staff member does it for you. Our pool is a seasonal outdoor pool and does not open yet. If you would like to discuss this further please call the hotel directly. Thank you.
