Dirty old rooms that smelled bad. Thin walls, when next room plopped on their bed, it shook mine through the wall!

Location was good for the football game and close to airport. Room was ok, nothing spectacular or special. Bed was a bit small. Did not use any of the amenities. My only complaint has been the check in and out processing. I booked the reservation under on card and at check in used the same card, simple it should be no problems. The hotel requires a deposit for incidentals which is not an issue but i wanted to put it on a different card since it was just a hold and I did nor plan to use that card while traveling. Biggest mistake ever!! They have now charged both cards for the room price, that's twice and no one can seem to explain the mistake.... simple process gone wrong....

The property is nice an clean but the area it is in is sketchy . But if your from los angeles like me its like staying near south central and downtown so it was cool with me . The staff is friendly ladies at the front desk are so welcoming . If we go to oakland again we will be staying here again . THANK YOU QUALITY INN really awesome getaway for me and my hubby.

Room felt dingy, old, smelled of cleaning solution, and did not feel safe! The Front Desk staff was wonderful.

This was just a quick layover stop for our family on the way home from Hawaii back to Florida, so I just wanted something cheap and quick that offered an airport shuttle. Reading prior reviews, I thought this place would be ok. And it is ok - if you're planning a quick stopover and don't plan to leave your room. At all. Being from FL, we all wanted In and Out burgers because we don't have those in FL. There was one less than a mile from this property - but we were told by hotel staff that it would NOT be a good idea to walk it, especially with my family. And when this and every hotel nearby looks gated like fort knox, you have concerns. Hotel next to us even had 24 hour security guards patrolling their lots. This one had a chair near the entrance with a taped on "security" sign - like a guard was supposed to be present. Never saw him/her. On the bright side, staff was amazing! From front desk to breakfast staff, loved them!

Breakfast nice. Problems both night with keys not working, and had to walk both flights of stairs (elevator broken) and back around entire building to get them re-keyed and then back up. Water poured in through our window in the night (rain) and the floor was covered in water in the morning.

The tub in the bathroom fill up when showering and takes a long time to drain

Good room for money I paid. Good location. Worked very good for my business trip.

The employee at the breakfast buffet was very nice! She was helpful to the guests.

Receptionist was rude. $200 credit card deposit is kind of steep for a room that cost $125

Accessible and great breakfast choices - not continental but full.

Aside from being given a key to an already booked/bunked room at 2:30 in the morning, the location was perfect. It was a nice place to lay my head for a few hours, for this weary traveler.

Nice stay. Will stay again when we fly early morning.

down the road from Oracle arena, not far from Oakland zoo, mostly fast food near bye, walmart 2 miles away, nice hotel

For a last minute reservation and no so expensive rooms it's just ok.

Do not stay here, the first room they gave me (room 234) had a broken window, the second room the gave me (113) wasn't even cleaned after the front desk assured me it would be, when I got back from going to the game the room which cost $134 smelt like dirt weed and mold due to the air conditioning unit that was wall mounted and made circa 1974 , possibly the worst hotel I've stayed at.
