Noisy environment

Very clean. Friendly proprietor cheerfully stayed up late to accommodate our late arrival. Adequate but basic room had refrigerator and microwave, and plenty of outlets to charge devices. Nice floor and bath seem newly remodeled. Near interesting restaurants. Could use a stand for suitcases The small eating table had just one chair -two would be helpful since the room accommodates two.

The furniture was a lttle bit old but the room was very clean and comfortable

parking space was not enough, mattress was not good you can feel the spring. no bottle provide, and the room have bad smell

We reached Berkeley from LA at 12.15 midnight. Had Informed them about it from before. No elevators were there and we, two senior citizens had to lift our luggage through the stairs to 2nd floor. Requested the staff for help which the person refused. Asked him to provide a room downstairs, that also he refused. Room was also very small.

Overall quality of the hotel is not good, not enough parking not clean facilities are in poor condition. bath room fixtures were done by low paid inexperienced worker

Super nice and friendly staff, and down to earth people. Beautiful window looking out into the street with lots of sun light. I accidentally booked two nights, and they were more than willing to help me get a refund for the second night. I will definitely stay here again.

It is the lowest motel I could get at Berkeley. It is basic, decent clean that is what I was looking for.

- No adequate parking. Prepare to park on the street. This is not a super nice part of Berkeley, so you might get a bit weirded out by slight sketchiness. - When I arrived, there was no one to greet, so I rang the bell. First a little kid opened the door and said one minute. Then another smaller kid came and peeked at me. When the kid opened the door, I saw that was their home inside connected to the little "closet space" that made up the front desk. A guy came from outside and then his wife showed up at the window as he picked up the phone and started talking on the phone. The lady said " Give me your ID" which I did. Then she simply handed it to the guy on the phone and left. The guy talked on the phone for about 3 minutes and yelled at the customer fighting with him over a cancellation. It was so rude. And I understand sometimes customers are a pain, but you don't yell at another customer in front of another. - The room is very simple. It almost had more space then I thought. Plus is a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was super tiny with standup shower and a sliding door right next to the bed! - The curtains did not close because they weren't maintained and broken. I had to put a hair clip, so no one saw me inside and tucked one end into the sill. - Dirty walls. - Indian food stench especially in the bathroom. Not sure why!!! - Real outdated, run down, not very well maintained. - Stay for 1 night if you must and don't want to spend a little more.......

Room was clean and quiet. Older hotel that is being renovated so our room was a newly renovated one. Nothing fancy but fine for our over night stay. No coffee maker but did have fridge and microwave. No elevator.

Limited parking. No elevator. What else can I say!
