I liked how clean the room was and the access to the fridge, sink & microwave. I also liked the Direct TV. I did not like how loud the doors to the rooms and to the building were. I also didn't like the smell of the back door entrance. It smelled of dirty diapers my whole stay.

I was in Connecticut for a day and I booked this hotel for my wife and I. It was one of the few available hotels in the area that weekend. We checked in around 4PM, pretty straight forward checkin, the hotel seemed Ok, after that we headed to Foxwoods Casino for dinner and watched Dave Chappelle. The show ended around 1:00, & we drove back to the hotel, about a 16 minute drive. Upon arriving, our room keys did not work to allow us into to the hotel, as well there was another couple outside on the same predicament. There a door bell that did nothing, also there was a number on the door to call for help, which rang, than to a full voicemail box. After about 20 minutes i contacted all the hotels within a 40 minutes drive and none of them had availability. So we decided to sleep in my car. Orbits customer service was able to get a hold of a facilities employee around 8:00am the next day and came over to wake up the service desk person. At this point i knew our weekend was ruined all that we wanted was to grab our luggage and leave. The service desk person immediately started blaming me. To why i did not ring the doorbell and why did I choose to sleep in my car, and proceeded to accusing me how by me placing the keys with my phone i ruined the key. I explained to him that that was not the case, We travel all the time, this wasn’t my first time handling a hotel room key, also there were other guests on the same boat as us. Lastly he told us that he goes to sleep at 10:00pm :|

I had to get up and work in the morning and some people where slamming doors all night to the point I wanted to get back my money and go elsewhere most likely never go there again

We were able to really relax. It was nice. Considering what is going on with the coronavirus, it was nice to get away.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable

The furniture was new, pretty, clean, and comfortable

nothing much have seen better...bath tab killed my joy..bed ok though
