Riu Palace was absolutely wonderful to spend our vacation. The all inclusive was great, the staff was very helpful and always smiling and very willing to help with anything. Just a great place to stay, we will be going back in the future! It was a great vacation.

Aruba is beautiful and super easy to set up excursions or get a chair on the beach. Service and food was very good. I sure the liquor is watered down or my tolerance magically improved for that weekend. My only complaint is the rooms. Room smelled of cigarettes, found a couple of hairs on my bed. I had two sinks in the bathroom. One sink gave me only cold and the other only gave me hot. 😆 My bed also felt damp the whole time. So humid.

Overall it was a nice experience… Initially when we came we were given a room that had no view it had a balcony but the balconies overlooking the roof. After speaking to the front desk, we told them that we paid for a Junior suite and we paid a lot of money and that the room was unacceptable and in the website via orbit they showed the junior suite as a sweet that’s get to see the pool and the water on the left side of the building. After talking to the staff they changed our room to what we initially paid for and that one was beautiful on the balcony was beautiful and though it started off with a negative outcome with the help of the front the stuff we were able to make that experience much better and have a positive outcome.

For the money we paid for is not worthy because all the environment is old and not baby friendly. It is all inclusive but service sucks. We need to call the operator very often to ask for refill for the mini bar almost every day and even never get anything after calling then we need to go to reception to get bottle of water at 2am. This is ridiculous.

All staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Super clean. Efficient friendly service. Only cons were lack of variety in menus from day to day and activities/playlist for poolside always the same (literally repeated daily).

Unique is Nature (sea, sand, sun). This is my forth time to travel and stay in Aruba and second time to stay at Riu Palace, all inclusive. Most disappointed is food service. My wife and myself have contracted food poison with vomiting, fever, diarrea during 2 days. We took antibiotics and avoid hospital admission. We suspect undercooked mushroom or meat (both products we eat together). Also, a/c is not working in the room. I call many times. Finally, plumbers came and turned a/c on. On next day, when somebody from administration call us and we told that a/c is working, air-condition was turned off again (may be to save gas and electricity).

Coming back years after years to this hotel, keeps high standard.Food is always very delicious , fresh unusual for all inclusive .Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s clean, there is no issues with beach towels . Staying in RIU will guarantee perfect vacation .

It was a VERY nice resort that we would recommend.

Manager was a great and very friendly . The bed was hard and pillows were hard. For a disable person was not helpful. To go to the pool is a lot to walk,instead of making a ramp from the lobby to go down you need to go to the lobby you need to go to another right or left go then thru a huge and long hallway and steap no one to help You. The pool attendant we’re very nice and Raul and Johnson at the pool we’re always on time with drinks and they were helping me if I need to go into the pool and Stephanie pool attendant.Great job those two. Manager he is from Santo Domingo and nice young man. The rest of of e staff not friendly. Also to go for the Corona test all the staff very friendly. The Bell Mann and heavy set man also the only to assist me . Room was hot because every time I came back the maids leaves the sliding door open and the air conditioning will stop. One night I sleep with out it and when call they said I left that open which it was not me. Overall for what a pay it was not my standard need disabled approval and more friendly staff. Food was great.

If you're looking for all-inclusive resort, this is a great choice

The staff was above and beyond friendly and accomodative.

The design of the palace, the way it is upkept. The food everything was excellent not one bad thing to say.
