I liked the honeymoon suite villa it took us 2 nights to get there because of all the construction.

The demolition work is insane the amount of dust from the construction was all over the hallway and room the noise from 7 AM to 7 PM every day except for Sunday

Nothing, booked 10 Days for our honeymoon and when we get there we have jack hammers next room over, carpets covered in plywood, dust everywhere. Rooms smell like mildew. Ac didn’t work good. Construction from 7 am to 6 pm.

There was non stop construction on my floor. The dirt and dust was AWFUL and very hard to breath and sleep. I complained to front desk but they said they had no other rooms to offer me.

There was construction that we weren't told of ahead of our check in or bioking, because that would have made us change our minds. The hallways had plywood instead of carpets and construction some days started at 630am not to mention the cat calling we got from the cunstruction workers. We got food poisening on our fourth day. Electricity went out on one of the days. There was no 24 hours roomservice as was stated on your website or no liquor dispenser(false advertisment) The only good thing about the hotel was the bartenders.

The construction going on during the stay was very unpleasant. The rooms, elevators, and dining areas seemed very hot. Not sure if I will stay here again after this trip

This property is under extensive renovation. It honestly shouldn't be open. Staff was friendly and courteous, however I wouldn't recommend any go there until the renovations are done.

The property was under construction which was communicated when we booked but the hammering was non stop at all hours. We were in the room at different times and it was very loud. The reception messed up a lot of reservations and were unapologetic about it. The hotel is very outdated, lots of the carpet is stained and ripped. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

So outdated, doing heavy construction absolutely HORRIBLE, moved my room 3 times finally put me in private VILLA

Staff were awesome, place ws super clean , but were in the middle of a renovation . So the out dated rooms should be nicer next year

The hotel was under construction. So that was A little annoying. But it definitely needs some renovation specially in the hallways of the rooms. Other than that

i loved the entertainment, but everything shut down too early. 11pm the rooms need to be modernized

Honestly this all-inclusive was just OK. The pool with the swim-up bar, and the morning brunch buffet were amazing! But that’s about it. The dinner options “sold out” if you weren’t first in line when they opened at 6:30 pm. So, 2/4 nights we ended up leaving the resort to get dinner. (Not ideal when you’re paying for all-inclusive) the staff didn’t seem overly concerned with being accommodating, and I was told that I needed to wear a swim cover up to go to the cafe to order coffee to go. It wasn’t a bad experience, we’ve just definitely stayed in much nicer all-inclusive resorts.

Service was excellent but they are like robots they are programmed to be courteous but they dont care about you as a person

Great resort at reasonable price!

My friends and I were completely dissatisfied with our stay. I have stayed at other Riu resorts which were amazing but this one needs major revamping. Upon arrival our luggage nor hands were sanitized as have other resorts. We made specific requests such as: rooms placed near each other and celebrating a birthday. None were accommodated. The hotel is undergoing construction so there is constant noise and dust everywhere. The rooms are severely outdated and reek of moth balls. Clogged drains, peeling paint and poor lighting. This is an all inclusive resort that limited you on food and was mediocre at its best. You have to wait in line to receive a ticket to eat at the steakhouse and then for it to be closed. No 24 hour room service and the snacks that were given I wouldn’t give to my dog. The pools were dirty and my friend was charged $2 for making a local call. The nights were boring as there was zero entertainment at night. The Palace was much more lively even being a family resort. This resort is full of false advertisements. Don’t waste your money. I would love a refund.

My stay at the Riu Palace Antillas was very disappointing and displeasing. When I booked my trip I made specific requests for my room, such as double beds and to be on a high floor. I also requested that my room be next to or near my friend’s room that were traveling with me as well. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that my room had one bed and it was on the 5th floor, my friend’s room was on the 15th floor. They told me that they had nothing available to correct and accommodate my requests and I would have to wait until the next day for a room change. When I entered into the room it smelled like moth balls. The bathroom was horrible. The toilet seat was unstable and the shower/tub felt like I was staying in a motel 6. The lighting in the room was horrible! I also could not open the glass door to the balcony without a 15 minute

Very good
