Very nice property in a great location with splendid view of the river.

Room was a half hearted renovation. Water stains on the ceiling. Bathtub was aging, toilet wouldn’t flush. Hot tub was not operational. Staff was professional but less than friendly. The River view was blocked by overgrowth. The WIFi was barely functioning…. I wish I had looked harder to find better options to stay..

In the first room they gave me, the patio door did not lock to the balcony outside (bar would not connect to the lock). There were balcony patios right next to mine, I wanted it to lock and to feel safe. I told the front desk and they gave me another room. This second patio door was more broken than the first; it didn’t have the bar that locks it. The front desk told me “it will open from inside but not outside.” She made me feel like I didn’t know how to lock a door. They sent up their maintenance worker and he said “…ohh yeah it doesn’t have the bar.” He told front desk it was broken. At that point I got a refund and found another hotel. Don’t waste your time here.

Staying on Grand Island was a good experience and still close enough to Niagara Falls to enjoy both. Although the Radisson seemed like a dated hotel (no landscape budget and decaying concrete), the staff was exceptional and knowledgeable of the area in terms of attractions and food. Randy at the front desk is a gem and his knowledge and attitude was exceptional.

It needs an upgrade in the worst way. It was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. It cost $150 to change one room from a King to Double. The hotel was practically empty. The staff are to be commended for their customer service skills.

The hotel was ok, but pretty dated and in need of being updated. The women that checked me in was great. I picked this hotel because they are a higher end name and usually very nice however this particular hotel really wasn’t. Also because it had a restaurant but the restaurant and lounge were closed because of no staff which really sucked because we had to go out to restaurants for every meal. The beds were great though!

The property on the outside looked like it was in disarray. There were leaks in the ceiling in the hallway and the internet did not work properly lacking proper security

Hotel needs major updating but great views of the river and enjoyed the balcony. Had a room with disappointing drainage issues. Showers were limited to two minutes because of the slow drain. The tub filled quickly with water and didn’t drain properly. Another family member had the same problem with their bathroom. Nothing the hotel staff could do at the time.

I Liked Everything About This Property.

Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience

I likes the room a lot except the patio had all the paint chipping up so when you walked out there and came back in all the paint transferred over onto the carpet. We stayed in the King suite with the jet tub. For the price we paid we were very disappointed that the restaurant, pool, lounge, fitness all were closed. We picked that hotel because they had all of those located onsite. The website should have a red note letting people know before they come that nothing is open. When we asked the front desk about it they basically said we are open just for rooms. Is a slow time for them. So would I stay again, maybe. But overall it was a good.

It was very accommodating and the staff was very helpful

It’s was alright, staff was decent . Would have been nice if bar/restaurant was open for at least take our

Very clean friendly and good organization good service at front desk

Very outdated and run down. The room itself was not cleaned properly. The pool area was the best part of this hotel.

Super clean! Staff was very friendly and I loved having a river view room
