It would be nice if there was a public stairway down to the falls. It’s annoying we have to pay a fee to take the short train down the hill. Maybe the hotel could include a free daily round trip down to the falls at no cost for a guest. Thanks

Excellent view of the falls. Short staffed but the wait to check in was worth it. The wait time to check in was 90 minutes wait!

Bad experience, such a rude front desk associates, overcharged, mentioned wrong information on website room booking. Really disappointed

All staff we came in contact with were all very nice and helpful. Room could've been a lot cleaner especially during a pandemic. Lots of dirt and dust by the beds and under the beds.

I was given room# 2230. Some parts of the ceiling was peeling off. The Wall paper was not properly done. After having my bath in the morning, the bath didn't drain properly. I could send you pictures at your request

Great hotel but room services was poor. Noone checked to restock tea/coffee. when we entered the room we noticed the washroom wasn't properly cleaned and there was stain on the carpet.

Horrible service - we were locked out of our room due to key not operating. We had to switch our key 3 times - causing us to have to wait 20 mins for the elevator each time and 10-20 minutes for concierge each time. The phone in the room wasn’t working - we had to call guest services from our cell phones because we got so tired of trying to use the hotel phone.valet parking took 30 minutes. The staff apologized for inconvenience but was not proactive in solving the issues. Overall a terrible experience and we will not be staying at a Marriott again.

Room had a great view of the falls and pretty good sleep for almost $400/nt. I didn't think it was very clean, only one single bath towel for 2 people, no coffee machine, empty fridge, no movies on TV and room temperature was warm even tough thermostat said 16oC. Check in desk staff was not friendly at all. No express checkout. About 20min walk to the falls and 25min to Clifton Hills.
