Rooms were clean and that's the only positive. Desk staff were indifferent and not welcoming. many areas of disrepair (ceiling, water on floor, broken tile, toilet seated improperly etc). Breakfast had milk that was a week out of date in all three of ours and was clumpy and sour. Very expensive for the service you get. would never stay there again.

Daily room cleaning was upon requests and not guaranteed, guest and staff were routinly loud in the halls, internet was super slow and spotty.

Room had odor mildew, pillows uncomfortable, only given 15 minutes for late checkout. Night staff not friendly. Not enough cover. A mouse got into my overnight bag during my stay and brought it home unknowingly guess hanging out on front area drinking alcohol. Stay left a lot to be desired never again will I stay there love one petrified about rodent place needs exterminating. If you stay there I recommend closing up your luggage tight zip it fasten it ect. I forgot my phone charger at location they would not return it to me. "Never" again will I stay there stay at your own risk. I'm just saying!

This property is older and needs work. Carpets smell like mildew, old a/c window units and the paint is peeling / heavily chipped on doors and in hallways. Beds are pretty firm which didn’t suit me. Some rust on the shower surfaces. The elevator was pretty dirty. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again given the other options in the area.

The room I stayed in bathroom door wouldnt close properly and the shower head wasnt adjustable. Staff was friendly. Parking was well lite and safe.

I liked the location of the hotel. You can tell the facility is a little older but excellent value overall.

I was awaken by BED BUGS eating me! Killed one, captured one and took it to the front desk. They moved our room.... the next day. We were then charged Again when we checked out! So my card was charged for (4) four nights, when we only stayed (2) two nights, one of which is supposed to be comp'd since I got ate up, plus a $100 deposit!

I am not sure if masks were required or not but much of the staff were not wearing them. They breakfast in a bag was ok. Nice, quiet and safe.

My recent stay at this hotel was my third time booking at the property in the past two years, but this time was a little different than before. I discovered upon arrival that the hotel is now charging customers an additional $100 fee if they book using "a third-party company online" (i.e. Orbitz, Travelocity, etc.), and the fee is "refundable in three to five days" as long as no damage is done. I didn't like that because, unlike other hotels that 'place a $50 hold to cover incidentals' (meaning your card is not actually charged unless damage is done), this hotel actually paid itself the $100 at check-in (the money was immediately withdrawn from my account), and now I have to wait for them to give my money back in a few days. So, after my experience a few days ago, my advice is to contact the property directly for booking to avoid being charged a $100 fee for "using a third-party online". ✅ It would be a good idea for Orbitz to inform its customers about this fee in advance, so customers don't get surprised when they arrive at the hotel and read the sign on the front desk counter. 🎯 Also, this hotel normally offers customers a warm cookie upon arrival but, due to COVID-19 concerns, they're unable to offer that at this time. 🙂

The a/c had to be fixed because it was 80 degrees when we entered and couldn't be changed. There were no sheets for the sofabed so we had to take some off the other bed to use and we also had no toilet paper. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointing

room was dirty, used the pull out couch, and there was old pizza, and waffles under it. not to mention all the candy rappers in the seat cushions.

Carpet had major stain in carpet did have no other king rooms

This property is older and needs work. Carpets smell like mildew, old a/c window units and the paint is peeling / heavily chipped on doors and in hallways. Beds are pretty firm which didn’t suit me. Some rust on the shower surfaces. The elevator was pretty dirty. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again given the other options in the area.
