The hotel is beautiful and right in the heart of downtown Newport. We loved our townhome room, complete with a spiral staircase and 2 balconies and bathrooms.

The property is in the heart of Newport waterfront and was convenient for the wedding we attended. We had two rooms, one on floor 2 and second on floor 4. The room on 2nd flr was badly in need of repair -- it slopes, the couch was on a slant and walls had bulging cracks. 4th floor had been renovated but the upholstery and carpet felt dirty. Terrace was dirty and had crumbs left from someone else's breakfast muffin. It is a very old building, there are no services -- no room service, no assistance with luggage, but parking is convenient. For some reason never explained a $429 charge was put on my credit card when I arrived and I was assured I would receive a credit but it has not come through yet -- 3 weeks later

Great location. Walk to everything. Free parking for three days.

Loved that the suites had exposed beams...hated the old outdated bed. It actually sagged in the center.

Perfect location. Very nice layout

spacious accomodations, easoe of check in and cleanliness

Set up was great. Separate sleeping quarters from the living area. Very roomy. Walking distance to everywhere. Free parking. Person at front desk very friendly.. Great experience overall.

We stayed in one of the townhouse units on Thanksgiving night. It was so much fun to have a living room/kitchen for our happy hour before going out to dinner. You can’t beat the location, two balconies, and awesome views of everything! And 1 1/2 baths! Would definitely stay there again.

Love the two story townhouse. Wish we had toaster oven but all good. We enjoyed the large spaces and the views from our multiple decks!

Great location! Close to shops and many great restaurants!

It was big and spacious with a full kitchen I got more than what I expected for the price I will do it again

The furnace in the area of our unit was very loud and vibrated the floor of our bedroom. We couldn't sleep. We asked to be moved to a quiet room but were told the only rooms available had the same problem. At 1:30 A.M. we left the facility and went home.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable room for multiple guests, helpful staff.

Close to everything................................

Location was great, extremely close to bars/restaurants. Unfortunately we did have an incident happen. We left in the morning for about 45 minutes to an hour to get breakfast sandwiches. We come back to the room only to find out that my friends purse was missing with over $240.00 worth of cash.

Key location. Not everything was open as advertised but a pleasant stay overall.
