The Hotel was ok. I am disappointed that there is no Buffet. You should change that, make it clear. The rugs all smell as though they have not been washed in quite some time. The room had no bottles of water, no extra amenities.

This has always been my go to hotel when we visit NYC. This time under new management it was horrible. To the point that I will never stay there again.

Very good customer service by front desk, unfortunately thats the one good thing. The rooms have gotten outdated, the facility looks like its needs some TLC. Ive stayed here a few times in the year and for a great location on the river - its a shame the management isnt keeping up with the property. Running out of brown bag breakfast with water a bagel and a cream cheese at 8a.m. no pool, parking lot is terrible and costs 20.00 - this place is crying for help

Parking area is very small, if you don't get too the hotel early you have find Parking in the street. Also amenities like the pool were closed which they should notify you ahead of time..

Never have I ever experienced a worse staff than the ones at this hotel. Numerous people were outraged at how inconsiderate these young ladies were. Nasty demeanor. Once I advised my reservations were through a third party (Orbitz). They treated me totally unruly and insufficient. Made me feel unworthy of staying at this location. With so much I'd like to say. I never checked in after making return to the desk five times.

Clean and very quiet

The room was fresh and clean very quiet

I had to wait 1 hr to park in property that I paid $20 per night, that is B.S., Completely B.S. You do not offer food in the morning, that is B.S. completely B.S. I will never go to your hotels for these reasons, The END

The hotel was in a convenient place for my trip and two destinations that I would travel between. The roads were pretty horrible generally in the area. The room temperature and controls were good. I wanted a two Queens bed with a suite but none was there (listed)? But the beds and pillows were nice. Some of the property had imperfections but nothing to bad. Overall, it was OK and convenient.

Room cleaning. Rooms were not cleaned properly as standard brand

The rooms were not in good shape to be a suite. Tub was dirty, hand sink was broke and the toilet seat had a burn stain on it like someone tried to put out a cigarette on it, mind you we had to change rooms because the first one smelled like smoke and the sheets was dirty

Hotel cleaning and safety was excellent. Front desk agent was very friendly and polite at check in but check out agent was texting and performing at the same time.

The staff was above and beyond helpful with directions, friendliness and service.

The property tried to get me to pay for parking but honored this website showing it was free parking. There is a miscommunication between the hotel and this website.

Its ok to stay here. Nothing exicting and extra ordinary. If you get cheaper two star hotel with cleaniness choose that.

The blinds in the room did not close and I couldn't leave because I was with my children but I couldn't sleep due to the blinds not closing. My kids couldn't sleep either. I woke up exhausted. Shortly after waking up for the "breakfast" they had which was just cereal, I got trapped in the elevator with my two sons. Eventually they came and let me out after my son had a servere anxiety attack in the elevator. The staff person finally let us out he told us that he would get us bananas, but he never even did that. We lost time due to being trapped in the elevator, I called from the front desk to ask if we could check out at 1:30 because I was exhausted from not sleeping and being trapped in the elevator with a 7 year old having a panic attack and they told me it would be 50 dollars extra to check out at that point. The whole thing was a nightmare. I was so happy to get home and be able to sleep

Check in and out was seamless and staff was friendly, however my room bathroom...I had clean whole bathroom again, there still some else’s hair all over shower and bathroom floor, clearly the cleaning staff is not doing their job correctly,I check in at 8:PM so there was a lot time to clean bathroom in between guest, also hallway carpet smell weird at least on my floor,I think need to replace is or something.also only hand sanitizer that’s was working was bu the front desk...to many things that’s would not up to part, I will not return.

Please accept my apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you during your stay with us. We certainly did not deliver the service and quality you would expect from the Hampton Inn & Suites Harrison and were not pleased with the service we have provided. I expect all guest service agents to follow up with each guest to ensure our valued guests are satisfied with their accommodation. We are working on getting on a better way to communicate with our guests from the staff. I would like to use your situation as a training tool for our entire staff. I would like to thank you for bringing this situation to my knowledge. Our mission is to "Impress the Guest" and in your case, we failed to do that. I will use this as a training opportunity with the rest of our staff to improve our service and learn from our mistakes. We want to offer the best service possible, and responses, from our guests, help us to accomplish that. Thanks again for your understanding. I hope you will give us another opportunity to demonstrate the quality and service we are capable of providing.. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for my entire staff.
