The charge for parking caught me off guard. So i will definitely factor that in next time and parking will probably put this location out of price range

I had a little challenge during check-in but the Manager on duty I can’t remember her name, she went above and beyond for me she was AMAZING. She checked on me every time she saw me the rest of the weekend. Customer service excellence!!

NO FRIDGE IN ROOMS, THE PRICE FOR FOOD AND DRINKS WAS WAY TO HIGH..CUP OF COFFEE WAS $5.00 AND CAN OF COKE WAS $3.80 , BOTTLE OF SMALL WATER WAS $8.50 AND A CHEESEBURGER WAS $17.00.. THE WATER WAS CUT OFF TO THER HOTEL FOR SOME REASON, ROOM SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. TOOK AN ENTIRE DAY TO GET TOWELS AND SOAP..NEVER WILL ATTEND A DOUBLETREE HILTON AGAIN

The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. With the covid restrictions still mostly in place some things were limited in offerings like dining options and working out. Great space to work, lounge and rest. Just what I needed after a long travel day.

The pool area wasn’t open but understandable due to restrictions that prevented it from being available

The hotel is located in a very dark, dirty area. Lots of homeless wandering around. Not a safe place to walk around. Just get to your car and go. Plus there were also people smoking pot.

The beds were super comfortable.

Overall very nice room. A few dings in the furnishings/fixtures, but overall quite nice.

Highly highly recommend recomend this hotel!!!!!! I got in very very late as a halfway point from driving back from a work trip and booked this last minute. I was blown away by not just how nice the hotel was, but every staff memeber I interacted with that night and morning was AMAZING. The check in woman was so sweet and offered me water and warm cookies and told me to have a good nights sleep! She greeted everyone who walked in and even remembered some of their names! Everyone had a smile that walked in the door! The room was gorgeous, the perfect temperature when I walked in, so clean and the bed was the softest bed I have ever slept in! They offered me New York cheescake to go with my Starbucks in the morning and I still had to work to do before I left. They told me to use the office area in the lobby which was beautiful and so conveniant. When I checked out she comped my parking and told me to have an amazing drive back to Hershey. Its all about the details and a friendly helpful staff when I stay somewhere, and this place was an 11! Well done to the proerty manager and the staff trainers, this place made the end of my long, hot, exhausting work trip a joy!

Due to covid the pool & gym were closed. I stayed in different hotels in NY that had the amenities open. I wouldn’t walk anywhere outside of the property & there’s nothing around anyway. Parking is free for 30 min you pay after. There’s no hotel store to buy snacks, water etc., but you do have a cookie upon check-in...delicious. There’s a pay as you go ice cream freezer w pints. A lounge area & a bar where anyone can order. The optics are really nice. I would stay here again.

this property is grand and very warm but due to covid there is little to do on the propery. no swimming pool, side doors were locked so there is a sort of dark walk back from one of the parking lots. For some reason all of the garbage cans had no bags which caused me to leave all of my trash on a table.

Our cat got under the sink and we could not found him for a while...
