Everything were perfect, the room the whole hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a convenient area. I was however dissatisfied with service, I had food delivered in which they forgot to provide utensils. I called down and was told they didnt have forks or spoons, but they have a breakfast area in the lobby so i find that very unlikely. Also they didnt communicate well regarding amenities that would be affected because of covid. No breakfast (not so understandable), gym (understandable), or pool (understandable). Also some things in my room didnt work properly lights and air. Housekeeping never came and we stayed 2 nights.

There was pubic hair in every bed. After switching rooms three times the manager asked me to leave because she “couldn’t accommodate my standards”.

Staff member(Caucasian guy) around 10am refused to give me toilet paper 1 hour prior to check out for the room. He said if I needed to use the bathroom I have to use the public restroom. I extended my stay and received the toilet paper after I paid.

I like the modern feel of the rooms. The attitudes of the staff and customer service overall needs work! Not welcoming, not friendly or accommodating, ridiculous rules in place, not knowledgeable about the computer systems, overall....rude and not helpful.

Very convenient location next to shops and bus stop. Clean spacious check in very easy

I loved the gym but when I was there was no towels or water!

Nothing unique. Check in was a disaster. 4 people waiting, one employee who was struggling a lot. A manager came over, then left. We booked a room with a sofa bed, did not get it. Amenities in the room were set up for one, not two. Rooms were clean but hallways were not. Needed vacuuming badly

Everything about the hotel was great, location, staff, rooom and the stores. The staff greeted you even when you went out for a few hours and came back. In overall my experience was great at the hotel.

Good Evening, We certainly recall your visit to our hotel and we are sorry that it did not go well. As you mentioned, you visited multiple rooms and were not happy. All 3 rooms which you had visited were inspected by 3 managers the following day and there were no issues which were discovered. Additionally, please remember that you weren't asked to leave, you were given the option to checkout without a charge for the night as we could not continue to have you go to more rooms, pull linen off of the beds, and then point out issues which we could not verify. Our goal is always to be the right hotel for every guest and our ratings here show that we are very successful. I am sorry that this was not the case with your visit.
