Hotel needs a complete renovation. Bathrooms are dirty, with burned out bulbs, carpets are so dirty.

Cockroach was found in my room . Faucet is positioned in a way you cannot use the sink properly Furniture ( TV rack) was broken Needs urgent renovation

I was very disappointed with the property. I understand Covid precautions which is the reason the breakfast room was closed but to not even have water available for guests it's very sad. my husband had to leave the hotel to get me some water. the fridge in the room was not working to keep drinks cold or was it stocked. The bed was extremely uncomfortable that my back started to hurt on our last day in NY. the bed was hard as a rock. I don't understand why the hotel is continuing to charge the daily service fee and the service was not good. No breakfast or lunch, no water available, things not working in the room, ie; fridge or alarm clock, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, no room service. what is the fee for?

This iconic hotel could use a complete overhaul, rooms need improvement, new carpet new furniture, new fridge, lighting, better attention to safety (hall hand sanitizer was empty and not replaced or refilled for 4 days) no breakfast for guests (covid reasons) however the bar and restaurant were open at night (covid doesn't spread at night?) personnel could be more attentive to guest requests, I did not received a nice room and was denied a change, although I mentioned the visit was special for my daughter's 16th birthday! Room was dark with a window facing a brick wall! I really don't believe they did not have any better room to offer! (30 floors!) 426 rooms! Very disappointed!

I love the style- the old school marble, smaller size, friendly polite, staff. The drawbacks- slow elevators and the room was a bit dark, could have used one more brighter light.

It was a good hotel to stay if you’re looking for a place away from the busy areas like the Time Square. However, it’s really close to everything, practically walking distance. No one has picked up the phone when I called the front desk or the concierge (I called at least 8 times for general questions)…I had to go all the way down and talk to them in person instead. The building itself shows signs of old age but they kept it well…it’s got a vintage feel to it.

The Warwick New York is in an excellent location and convenient to many Downtown/Manhattan attractions. It was reasonably comfortable (the bed was a bit too firm for my liking). The staff was friendly and responsive, although I could not figure out how to contact them by phone. I didn't explore the hotel much, but it was not apparent if there was anywhere in the hotel to obtain things like toiletries or bottled water, so I made sure to pick those up before coming in for the night - particularly the bottled water. All in all, we had a very good stay and would definitely book the Warwick again.

Wonderful old hotel. Beautifully restored and maintained. Amazing amount of celebrities have stayed here. The staff is warm and helpful.

We do have outr exterminators randomly inspect our rooms on a regular basis. We will make sure that we send them to inspect the room that you occupied. We also alerted our staff to make the necessary repairs in the room. We hope you can give us another opportunity in the future.
