The toilet ran on and needed adjusrmenet by hand after each use to makebit stop. It needs work.

The hotel is really quite beautiful. From the moment you walk in you feel like you’ve been transported into another time, and the front desk staff was quite nice and even offered us a glass of Prosecco as we checked into our stay. But you want a beautiful hotel to also pay attention to the details on functionality as well. Things as simple as having a plug outlet next to the bed so I could charge my phone are important (they didn’t have that) without having to move furniture. There was also a bright light surrounding the perimeter of the mini bar. I searched all over the room to find a dimmer or at least an on/off switch, but had to instead call the front desk for help. They said that the switch is hidden in the back of the mini bar. Still couldn’t find it, so they sent up a hotel engineer to help out. He slid the refrigerator out and had to unplug the light. Design flaw. The Bluetooth on the Marshall speaker did not work, nor did the bedside speaker. The towels and linens felt like they didn’t believe in using fabric softener, so if you enjoy having a plush and soft towel when you stay at a hotel, you’ll be disappointed. These ones were actually quite thin and abrasive to the skin. The toilet is very small, so when I needed to sit down to use it (I’m a male), my anatomy touched the water, and my pelvis felt so constricted that it was very difficult to go. The shower head was also not good, as it was old and sprayed/leaked water sideways when you turn it on. Meh.

Staff were AMAZING, but the phone system was completely down the entire weekend. We were unable to get any type of guest service unless we physically went down to the front desk.

Parking is $35 off site with a sticker from the hotel on the parking stub (saves $10). It’s located on canal with a nighttime entrance on Wooster. The walk back to the hotel is 2 blocks - there are other pedestrians so it isn’t creepy for a woman walking alone at night. The live jazz in the lobby is a welcome sign of life and art during this pandemic. The hotel is careful with Covid safety. The beds are incredibly comfortable. This was my 3rd stay. The first was with my dog who had been welcomed with dog bowls. Very pet friendly hotel. The rooms and check in area are not carpeted so it just feels cleaner.

Got great reviews from our client including the live music in the lobby. well done!

Love the vintage feel of the lobby and the rooms. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to SoHo and the 911 Memorial. Staff was accommodating and very friendly! Loved it!

We loved the roxy! Amazing stay for a young couple, group of friends, Or biz trip. stylish Loud ground floor with jazz music playing every evening and what appeared to be delicious meals. Brunch spread over the weekend looked fresh, cafe and oyster bar was cool and popular, pool tables, cozy sitting area‘s and chess tables throughout filled with loungers and people working on laptops, teens and young kids running around, and couples planning their days. The gym was tiny/windowless but works. Didn’t visit the cinema but popcorn smelled amazing and movie selection was great. The staff was great from the moment we were greeted, check in was easy and the rose was a nice touch, inside was spacious and made you feel like you were already at a club! Visited Django until 1am on Sat. loved it. Room was spotless and decent size for Tribeca/price. Only complaint was mirror situation. One full length closet door mirror in the room? Not to mention it had a tint to it that Made you feel like you were wearing sunglasses. The bathroom shelving above the toilet looked sleek but not functional. My hair brush fell into the toilet. but.... aside from that. Bedding was beautiful, spotless, retro design, lots of warm touches. Stocked (overpriced) Fridge, lovely robe, cleaning was prompt. Tribeca is 10/10. Walk to Brooklyn bridge, yoga or LES shopping, dinner at vandal, canal st market, ABC train at the corner, Nancy’s pub, see the water. We will be back.

It’s great! The atmosphere is wonderful and the rooms are nice and clean

The decor was fantastic but the greatest thing was the staff. They were delightful and each of them deserves a five star rating!!! Thank you guys at The Roxy for making us feel right at home!

There's high energy at the Roxy. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Restaurant has great, healthy, delicious options for all tastes. Only place I'd stay in this area, regardless of price.

Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere, a plethora of amenities, and daily live entertainment. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. The staff provided excellent service. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would love to return in the future.

Funky hotel with a beautiful open shared spaces. Lots of venues on site with something for everyone... except kids.

Outstanding service. Staff were all top notch. Great décor, wonderful hang out spaces, some with access to power so you can work while you hang. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Don't understand why Deluxe King is any different from regular King. The only thing not amazing was the shower. Even though they have Speakman showerheads with a pressure adjustment, the strongest it gets is still very weak, and I can't wash my long hair that way. Also the bathtubs are small old cast iron and the tile in the actual shower stall is not new. And Orbitz advertises turndown service, but there was no turndown service. I would love to stay there again, but I wouldn't want to stay very long because I would have to go elsewhere to wash my hair.
