The property is outdated. The staff was nice and security inside the hotel was good. The area outside of the hotel was not good. It is right next to Penn Station and there were a lot of homeless folks and folks who had mental illness (based on the behavior that we experienced). That is not the fault of the hotel, but it is a concern.

It’s in the perfect location.

Hotel was great

Good

The staff were very nice and considerate. They offered us a bigger room that really made our 11 day long stay witb 2 small children comfortable!

There were no refrigerators no available hot tea I had to go up and down 29 flights every time I wanted a hot tea which I thought was ridiculous they could have electric kettles for the rooms and the cleaning staff‘s quarters if they want to do also my room flooded the first day I was there and I got stuck in the elevator I was offered nothing in compensation for that my daughters checked in the next day I had to have them for their room move because their headboard looks like the Rolling Stones a part in that room all night as well as there’s mold in the shower however the staff was very nice cleaning staff was wonderful just little things that they could’ve improved upon I had a very late flight on the night on the night of my departure and they want to charge me to stay an extra two hours in the room ridiculous after I just spent thousands being there for a week the room sizes are very small in comparison to what you’re told they’re going to be

Had a great time staying here. I would definitely recommend this place. Talk about class. Staff was very clean, well dressed and professional. Excellent service as well. I will stay here again.

Very convenient to Newark Airport. Nice, helpful staff. Very busy part of the city. But very well policed.

The view was great, the building was a bit old and outdated, but it was part of the aesthetic.

Nothing unique

It was awesomely located, staff was very friendly.

This hotel is horrible! It’s extremely outdated, dirty and run down.

location and the staff. Linda at the reception did an excellent job!! thank you

The cleaning services staff and the doorbell staff are very friendly and nice.

Awesome stay

Great experience

This beautiful old building is centrally located right across from Penn Station. It's definitely old and nothing fancy at all. However, staff was able to upgrade us to a suite for $40 extra, which was much bigger than our original room and totally worth it. The inside was clean but balcony was in bad shape (trash, no furniture). However the view was amazing.

Location

I love the hotel and the service was excellent
