Hotel was good for a quick visit, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was fine.

It was really easy check in & check out. The gym needs better maintenance though, it was over 70 degrees in there. Otherwise, it was a really nice place to stay.

My room was clearly in need of a deep clean and was very much overdue. There were multiple large stains in the carpet of the room. it also felt awful if you walked a single step on the carpet without socks on. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and would require two cycles to fully flush. The vent in the bathroom had so much dust in it that I wasn’t sure it was serving a purpose. My neck was hurting from the terrible pillows. The towels were also ranging in quality. Some days we would have one good towel and one not so good towel. Some of them had loose threads from tears, and some were just not white anymore.

No internet. The shower at room 1704 had low water pressure and water was leaking from the top.

Excellent property. Clean up to date rooms with modern bathroom and furnishings. Great location near 30 Rock and Radio City.

Property is still recovering from Covid19, but very nicely located and inexpensive.

It was a good value.

Unresponsive! Very poor communication. No updated rooms, paint chipping in rooms. Not visually appealing.

First of all this property completely lied or omitted that their restaurant/terrace/lounge is open. IT IS NOT! The front desk lady was very rude and condescending. Getting in touch with anybody at the property is absolutely horrid. If you’re lucky enough for somebody to pick up the phone they put you on hold before you can say one word and then hang up on you (happened several times). Even an orbitz representative couldn’t get in touch with the hotel to fix an issue. The room was so outdated. Immediately had to ask for clean sheets because I checked them first thing walking in and they were stained. Cleaning lady apologized but said their laundry service keeps returning them stained. The WiFi is very spotty so if you have to work there good luck. Only bright side was the gym was well stocked but it was completely disgusting in there cleaning wise. Also make sure you specify with the hotel and get written confirmation of what the kitchenette in your room will have because we were supposed to have a mini fridge/microwave but had neither and when I went to ask the front desk the lady was again very rude.

This hotel has a great location right next to Radio City & Rockefeller. Not far from Times Square either. That was the best part of the stay. The hotel room is a lot smaller than the pics on the website. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the inside door handle was missing on the bathroom door. One of the night stands didn’t have a charging station or a plug to plug in my charger. If you want a no frills cheap hotel, this is your place.

great

The staff wasn’t the nicest, besides one or two exceptions. My room had several issues with the appliances, including the heater. The entire building was freezing cold and had no way to warm unit up.

Everything was accessible in the area of the hotel

The hotel staff was not too friendly. Great location. Could not sure amenities to due covid 19 restrictions. Rooms are a bit outdated. Great views of Times Square.

I reserved a room with a kitchenette so we would have a microwave but we weren't given that room and when i called to ask i was told Orbitz list the rooms as having kitchenettes but they don't.

Location was great. Bed was uncomfortable. Customer service was spot on.
