Location was perfect but the hotel need a complete remodel. The carpet was dirty and out dated

There was a stench in our room that just won’t go away... the room smells of marijuana! I called the front desk and asked for assistance, maybe change rooms and all they could is deodorize the room. It’s disappointing Ano aggravating. First and last with this hotel! I wish I can have my money back! I paid 2 rooms with this hotel and I wish I didn’t. Nyc was a great experience/mini getaway for me and my children but it was dampened by an awful hotel stay!

Very gloomy. Dark. Not what I expected from a brand such as "Hilton".

The sink and tub didn’t drain properly, I asked for maintenance a couple times, not sure if they came the tub was better the day we left and the sink never worked properly. We spent minimal time in the room - and were disgusted by the bathroom and the carpet had sticky spots on it. Disappointing

My room not ready for check-in have to pay $15 extra per day for another room. That what nothing what i see on pictures. Also people smoke inside the rooms. Not towels first day. And first day the person do my check-in send me to a room that was occupied and i have to go down the lobby again to get the room number right. Absolutely not reserved again in this places.

Superb location, wonderfully quiet nights, courteous and unobtrusive housekeeping staff, simple check-in and check-out.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, primarily because of location. Though, there were some cons. First for positives...The hotel is right in the center of times square. Just a few steps and you are right there! Close to lots of good food, and still good walking distance or a short taxi to other good sites like Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, financial district etc. I like that their early check-in was affordable....We reserved a room with the Times Square view. The views were amazing! So here are my cons... the rooms were not upgraded as pictured. I never have high expectations with hotel stays in NYC and i usually do not splurge on a room because i am always out shopping....however, I spent a lot of money for this stay to have an upgraded room with a nice view because i knew we would be spending a lot of time in the room, and it was not updated as the website shows.. it was FAIRLY clean to a point i could be more comfortable, just dated. The bed was awful and there wasnt one night I was able to sleep through. It was rock hard, like sleeping on a floor. The elevators seemed to have a mind of their own with working...you could wsit as long as 30 min for an elevator, which i found to be very frustrating. We had to plan a lot of our outings around possibly getting stuck waiting for an elevator. Just some things to be aware of if you plan on booking!

Property was clean but the elevators did not seem to be running very well and during busy times (and due to covid restrictions limiting numbers on the elevators) it would take a VERY long time to get an elevator. The morning we checked out we walked down 30 floors because people had been waiting 20 minutes already to get on an elevator.

The moment I walked into my room I was immediately disgusted! The was no sticker on the door to ensure it had be thoroughly cleaned, the walls were filthy, the floors were sticky, there was GUM stuck to the headboard of the bed along with other residue, the bathroom tub had hair inside of it. It was just awful. I called the front desk to complain about my findings and was told I needed to leave my room for them to come clean it. Mind you, I traveled from across the country and wanted to just rest upon getting to my room, but was forced to leave so they could clean a room that should’ve already been cleaned upon my arrival. After speaking to the manager he informed me he could only refund me $23.00 a day which was the resort fee. That’s insane! I say this to say, this hotel is not worth the hassle. I’ve been calling and calling trying to speak to someone else but continues to get the run around.

Grate location ! Noice Saturday night

Location and view was great but the room was dirty when I walked into the room to my right it was cobwebs all on the wall soon as you walk in. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest no refrigerator or microwave in room nor did we have blankets on our bed. Ok room but I will not be staying there again.

The front desk agents were extremely helpful during my stay and knowledgeable. However, both rooms I checked into were dirty. I understand the rooms being dated but that doesn’t mean we should have a dirty room. The next morning front desk tried to accommodate us with a room change so I could at least shower (I had to keep insisting them to switch us) but that room was dirty as well. I’m a housekeeping supervisor so I know when a place just doesn’t have good cleaners. I requested a full refund because I had to change the bedding in both rooms, couldn’t shower, and was pretty much sleeping with one eye open to make sure there wasn’t any bugs. I didn’t want to waste anymore of my families vacation trying to be reimbursed for the first night so I settled to be refunded for the nights I didn’t stay and $48 total in room fees for the first night. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was just ok, the phone didn’t work in the room so every time I needed something or had a question I had to go back down to the lobby. Some trash was left behind as well, no wash clothes in the room, view was good.

The staff were friendly. Maintaining was prompt in repairing the tv. The bathroom had mildew in it. The wall paper was peeling. Light fixture was out in the left side of the bathroom. The room appeared old. It was clean.. just dated and no perks.
