What I didn’t like was that I had to pay other hiding fees so the hotel became very expensive ! I wish those fees were reflected at the time of purchasing knowing ahead of time ! 😉

Pretty old hotel, nicely and recently renovated. It's a "historic" renovation that retains the period charm. Staff was helpful, but not overabundant. Amenities (restaurant, bar, etc) still closed. Room was very nice.

I love the art on the wall in the room. All the people working there were very polite, kind, helpful and made my stay very comfortable.

The property is great. We were happy with our room, but we had a hiccup with check-in. Due to a medical condition, I put notes in my request when booking the room noting the condition and what I needed. Although I alerted the front desk clerk to these notes, she still booked me in a room which I couldn't stay in. I had to go down to the front desk again and have a different agent change my room. I know that lots of guests put in requests, but mine was about a medical condition and I didn't appreciate it not being honored the first time around.

Cleanliness of rooms, very quiet, close to everything ( we literally walked every where),close to restaurants - I would Definitely stay there again.

The property, room, comfort, amenities - were all great! Location is great too, felt safe walking in the area late at nights. I'd certainly consider this hotel for my future stays in NY.

Great hotel in a very good location. Only 1 block to the #6 subway and a short walk to Grand Central or Times Square. I would stay here again.

Excellent in all categories. Very conveniently located. First class all the way. We will definitely stay here again next year on our annual NYC trip.

This was my third stay at the Barclay Intercontinental & I loved it. My favorite place to stay in NYC!!! Everyone is so helpful & accommodating. Perfect location & beautiful hotel!!
