Nice staff, clean rooms very convenient parking felt welcomed

Not bad not good just a meh! Room Came with two tiny below average pillows had to bring my own towels up to my room and the comforter was paper thin during a snow storm ....

hotel is ok nothing special, don't waste money for a room with Manhattan view, you can see a small part of manhattan and big lot with white rental Vans

It was nice enough. I found the heating system blew too much air (and then when you turn it down, the room got too cold). The bed was comfy and the place was really clean.

Was able to find parking real easy room service was really quick

Bed sheets were dirty. When my husband and I asked for new sheets, the replacement sheets given to us (to make our own bed as there was no housekeeping staff on hand) was also dirty. Front desk staff refused to issue us a refund as they could not move us to another room due to being fully booked. My husband and I slept in our car.

I was on 7th floor and there was some type of construction going on. Parking tight.

Nice but ignorant staff. Good restaurants in the area. Pillows too hard. Nice, big rooms.

Noisy at 2-3am. There was a tv clearly heard in our room at 2-3am from the adjacent room

Staff very nice. Some of the amenities were peculiar. Made me wonder if this hotel were set up for very short term stays

I loved the new renovation, nice set up and colors.

Hotel staff offer better rates to individuals who walk in without a reservation for the same day. They're not "sold out" unless your willing to spend more money for more than one day.

The room i was in was just renovated and everything was perfect.
