Holiday Inn is decent if you want a quick stay for a good buck. My only issue is due to the pandemic the breakfast accommodations was very tacky. A to-go bag with breakfast inside.

When I checked in on June 20th the front desk staff on that day was pleasant. On Tuesday I asked for my room to be cleaned and was told It was not on the schedule. On Thursday I had to request clean towels. On Friday I made another request for my room to be cleaned. I checked out on June 30th, my room was never cleaned or vacuumed.

I like the location and the convenience of having breakfast on the property. They should replace the bed as it squeak every time I sat on it. .

The location was excellent, however the bed was sqeaky.

Everything was good except the 1 elevator they have was HORRIBLE! We were in the 6th floor and sometimes found myself waiting 10 minutes or more for the elevator! Sometimes just took the stairs to avoid the elevator. Breakfast was ok but found the staff clearing it away before it ended at 10 am.

This hotel is very clean, affordable. However there is no parking available.the hotel parking is too expensive.

Great location, great price, newly remodeled rooms.

The area felt safe and was only a few blocks from Barclay center. Plenty of food and groceries around. The pictures online were a little deceiving it is quite a bit dated even though it was renovated a few years ago. Lastly the elevator sucked like all the reviews say I once waited over 7 minutes for it. I would stay there again for the price and free breakfast.

Very nice room. Overall a good stay. The only drawback is thin walls.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Not cheap ($335 per night), but it is New York. The good: clean rooms, enough proteins for breakfast, check-out at 12 pm. The room has a coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The hotel staff were good with our requests: changing our room type from two double beds to one king bed as we wished, and also they provided a nice and clean crib for our daughter. The bad: wifi did not work at all. Also, terribly impolite front desk associate Zulema – very bad attitude, very disrespectful. She was talking in a very impolite manner. She pushed out my laptop very rudely on the side of the front desk! I never saw this kind of attitude in hotels. She is, as they might call it, “a woman with attitude”, but normally this kind of people should either leave their “attitude” at home or not work in a public place. Wifi in the hotel did not work on my laptop. This same laptop has no trouble at all connecting to any wifi at work, at home, or in public places. Rooms are very small. Conclusion: may be an ok hotel, if they let Zulema go. This Holiday Inn, for $335 per night, might be a “good deal” for New York City.

The property seemed to be extremely dirty. We did book just one night and since we wanted to be a walking distance to the Barklays center we took a cheaper hotel. But even when we took cheaper hotels in the past they weren’t this bad! Our shower did not work at all, our AC did not work, we had to get someone up in the morning to fix this because it was unbearable to get ready for the day. It was just a horrible experience, we will not be staying again.

When we arrived the AC worked and when we went out the AC didn't work. It was very hot and humid all night and all morning. I talked to the lady at the front desk and she said the engineer comes at 8 am and will fix it. He arrived around 10 am. Also the phone didn't work so I had to go up and down every time and since the elevator is very very slow it took forever. We left the hotel with big headache. For the price of this hotel this is very disappointing!

The location is convenient. On site parking is helpful. A nice breakfast is available. The rooms are small.

This is a typical 3star hotel. It was ok, relatively clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was better then most with a full hot buffet, including fresh pancakes, as well as a wide selection of breads, yogurt and cereals. The location was near a few different subway stations and there are restaurants and bars nearby.
