Very nice hotel. Tiny closet. I did not like the $11 added maditory fee; they should just increase the room rate $11 and save the annoyance. Staff were professional. Upkeep was good and area great.

This is not bad but it’s not spectacular. Put it this way…the lobby is nicer than the room. The only thing that is updated is the bathroom. But only kind of. There’s definitely no countertop space for anything. They have these three glass shelves but small. So ladies be ready to do your makeup by your bed. Also it’s a weird layout for the shower. The glass partition stops short and it’s basically open space where if you’re taking a shower the water will get everywhere on the floor. Also speaking of shower…the first day I was there I took a shower as soon as I got in my room. The drain was clogged so the water completely pooled up. I didn’t even wash my hair so it wasn’t because of that. I did tell them and they fixed it only slightly. Also they could’ve done a better job cleaning the carpet because there was lint all over the place. Plus honestly the carpet needs updating as there are stains everywhere. I will say though that the nespresso machine is a nice touch. The location is great and really convenient.

Clean quiet convenient.

The place was just okay. We had a terrible view and the place had a beat up worn out kind of feel in the room. The bathroom sink knobs were backwards (hot was cold and vice versa) and they turned the wrong direction. The mini fridge was beat up looking but functional. The staff was friendly and overall it felt pretty clean. It was fine as a place to just stay for a reasonable price but it was not a place I would go to again.

Very well-priced and centrally located hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The room was much larger than I thought it would be for NY and it was very clean. It was also nice and quiet and you don’t hear the sounds of the city at night. My only complaint was that in the winter there is only heat in the room and you aren’t able to turn on the AC but you can turn off the thermostat and they have a fan in the room. I would definitely stay there again.

Very attentive staff nice hotel in the cuts only issue is parking there is none have to pay for parking 24 hours is $100

Being walking distance from Grand Central is a big plus.

Great location, clean and sharp-looking lobby and rooms. Small and quiet. Staff was helpful and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay here, and I’d stay here again for sure.

This property is across the street from Grand Central Station and 3 blocks away from 5th Avenue. Very walkable to a lot of the locations. Safe, Clean and amazing staff. The manager greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Will stay at Dylan Hotel again

Nice hotel, close to Grand Central Terminal, restaurants, pubs and Bryant Park. Room was nice, roomy and comfortable. We were able to check in early (10:45am) which was nice.

Convenient location. Pleasant front desk staff. Room was comfortable, but a little dark due to interior window.

The staff and location! The staff were warm, attentive, and always veer "on." Also, the location is very convenient.

Nice hotel in a perfect location in Midtown. Walking distance from Times Square and lots of other great places to eat and sightsee.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and keep returning based on the location and reasonable rates. The staff is friendly and helpful, although there was a bit of confusion locating a package that I had delivered there. Rooms are clean, though over the years I've notice a bit of wear on the carpets and furnishings that seem not to have been kept up. This is minor however, compared to the other plusses.

Pleasant staff, nice room. Great restaurant in hotel. Near everything.
