Great location in Bay Ridge. Comfortable, clean room. Maintenance work is sloppy, i.e. gobs of spackle on walls, touched up with wrong color paint. Tracks under elevator doors loaded with dirt. It may seem like nitpicking, but you can't help but notice.

The staff were really outstanding. I wished I remembered their names. AA guy late at night White breakfast guy in the morning Girl in burka in the morning. Everyone else too.

It was clean , quiet and nice property.i wasnt to happy with the guy at breakfast that was preparing, he wasn’t in a nice mood and lacked customer service ethic.

Comfortable hotel, very close to subway. Clean and relatively quiet for New York. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options nearby. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting New York.

I found it not honest that I leave 100 dollars deposit cash. And on the check out the desk attend tells me that Iam all set and when I mention to her that I left 100 dollars cash she “portends “ oh let me see !!! And I repeat to her back after I got my deposit back why did you say that Iam all set she answers only one word ( yes) I find it just unprofessional and low quality worker

Close to highways, public transportation, and shopping.

Nice hotel, conviently close to stores and bars. Will definitely stay here again!

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is on a nice tree lined street with lots of little shops and restaurants. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast and dining room was clean and food adequate. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bit noisy close to the street but had no problem sleeping.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the room and facility inside was nice enough and clean. Bad points: Garbage piled up on the street outside the hotel. Breakfast could be better, more options such as fresh fruit salads, better sliced ham, sausages and other meats, also scrambled eggs were ok but a little watery and offer potatoes.

Well the room in the pictures isnt the room you get. Its a very cramped room but kept clean. The elevator smells horrible and the guy on the night staff seems to not care at all and smell like marijuana real bad. My room faced the street and was very noisey like the windows were open. But day staff and cleaning staff are amazing.

The air conditioner was making loud noises and chirping and banging. Could not sleep. Called the front desk. They sent maintainance who told me he couldn't do anything. I called desk again and they told me they would get us a different room. Transferred me to a manager who said no rooms were available. I did not believe that. Could not sleep. Horrible customer service. Told them I wanted my money back.

The room and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. This will be my go to hotel while in Brooklyn.
