The Arlo is a nice hotel. However, we’re stayed several times and each time there were no washcloths in out room. One visit they had no clean washcloths. Our last visit we were told they were in the room only to find they were not. We did receive brand new washcloths though.

It is nice in every way

It’s a Hassle to get back deposit, room could be a little more clean, I found 3 false nails by the bed frame, food is great, rooms are a little small, beautiful terrace, overall nice stay but they need to change there deposit system,

I didn’t have the best time staying at the ARLO Soho. I booked an accessible room, however, they gave me a normal room. When I asked why they gave me the wrong room, they said it “wasn’t noted in the system”. Later on, I get switched to the right room. There was another issue. There was no Chromecast with the TV and the phone is completely broken. I had to run up and down to the front desk to get someone to fix it, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wasn’t able to call front desk because the phone was broken so I was desperate and called their phone number directly to the hotel. Finally, they then switched me to another room. I spent two hours trying to get what I asked for in the beginning. Lastly, the hotel staff and workers are not very strict with visitors to wear mask. I have seen a couple of people not wearing masks out in public spaces within the hotel such as hallways, elevators, and the lobby.

Great hotel, no frills approach, but with a higher end feel. Sheets and linens nice and the common areas are great. Staff really friendly and the restaurant Harold has great food and outdoor seating options. Location is fantastic too, pivot to the Village, SOHO or TriBeCa.

Great place to stay. Very clean and staffs are very friendly.

Overall very good. Main complaint, one a few occasions when calling reception, the call wasn't answered, or only after a few minutes. One particular staff member on reception was very polite and helpful.

Beautiful roof deck bar upstairs. Great location and trendy spot.

Wonderful experience, The wife and I enjoyed the terrace. The room was clean and the service was excellent. No real room for complaints, will definitely book again.

Thank you for affordable nightly stays, I had an emergency and needed to be local in manhattan with my guest. The place was very clean, and I love the new and modern construction overall. The bodywash bottle was empty but we used shampoo and the 3 selections the hotel used for the shower were excellent

The room was hot the bed feels rough and nasty the ac don’t work, it’s just a big joke I felt more comfortable at a shelter more then here never again

I love the view provided and the style of the room.

Other than the group of men waiting by the elevator (staff should inform people not to be by the elevator) and the face I did not have face cloths in my room, it was an amazing stay. I would definitely come back and/or recommend friends & family. I hope the two issues I noted get fixed.

I liked the stay, just still waiting for my safety deposit to come back my card.
