So this hotel was priced really well but prior to booking it should state "$25/day parking next door" that made the nice price not as nice. Couldnt find the pool. They didnt inform there was an additional $50/night incidental fee due up front so that was an additional $150 that was held then had to wait for refund/release. Also they never sent notification that they had changes to their policy regarding covid so that was another thing. The room was beautiful though and the hotel was clean, staff during checkin friendly etc. Just wouldve known some "fine print" ahead of time to avoid confusion or frustration

The property is clean and quiet.

Really loved the area. It was right near the superdome and I could see it good from the window. Staff was really great and polite. Only issue I had was when making coffee, I noticed the coffee color looked weird so when i reopened the lid, I found an old busted coffee packet was inside the back where you put the water. No idea how long its been there but it was there long enough for some of the coffee grains to fuse with the plastic. Once I notified the front desk, they promptly brought me another coffee pot. So just a reminder to always check where you put the water..

Spacious and high ceiling King bed & sofabed suite with full mini-kitchen. Well appointed and clean. We were on the top floor with view of the pool and the Superdome and Smoothie King arena. It's strange that the front desk is on the 11th floor, but the adjacent public parking is reasonable. $25 for 24 hr. From the parking garage to the hotel elevator is too secluded though, so I don't recommend for a lone female traveler.

The room was nice and hotel staff were great. The daily “breakfast” was delivered to your door each morning timely, but it was pretty unimpressive. A packet of dry instant oatmeal in a paper cup with a glass of oj and an apple just didn’t really do it for us. Also, not something the hotel could really control, but be prepared for the scent of marijuana in the halls and elevators at most times of the day.

It was within walking distance to a lot of the cities tourists attractions.

The way we got breakfast was the only bad thing The suites were very comfortable and nice

I’ve stayed at this property as well as the adjacent Regency on several occasions...nothing bad to say at all...they’re always on point...will return over and over again

Rooms were a nice size. Very clean and staff was friendly. We landed on an early flight and we were able to check into our rooms much earlier than expected.

Well located, very clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Nice stay.

I thought the parking garage costs way too much. $25.00 a day is crazy. I am as really upset about that hidden fee. I realize you have to pay but maybe they should give discounts on folks that stay multiple days.

Well besides lobby being on 11th floor, it was spectacular. Rooms were like a small apartment and luxurious.

Love the view and the staff is very kind and friendly

Comfy bed. Nice view. Kind staff. The only thing I wasn't fond of is having to pay to park when I'm already paying to stay at the hotel.

Their were people quarantined there was no access to the pool area
