Love the location of this hotel but It’s aged over the last few years. No house keeping during Covid, but it would have been nice to get clean towels each day without having to go to the front desk. Bathroom door only slides about half way open.

Quite property and very central.

Location was good.

I had originally reserved two rooms but when I arrived the employee at the front desk said they only had one room reserved in my name. Luckily they did have an available room, so we were not stuck. However, they didn’t have any available parking and I did have to end up roaming around for 20 minutes trying to find a safe spot on the street. More parking is definitely needed. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Also bed we had had a dip in the middle. Overall Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Friendly staff. Great location.

My #1 Favorite Hotel in all of New Orleans. The service. The and the attention to detail...Period. Hugh Smith

The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only problem was the restaurant and bar was not open and also no room service available because these were not open. The streetcar is right outside the hotel making it easy to get to the French Quarter.

Very nice staff, Sam was great. There was a woman working the front desk that was rude when I called to inform/ask about a power outage in my room (I woke up hot in the middle of the night and the only lights that would turn on were the bathroom). She stated there was power outage due to the storming outside that night...but then her next statement was "is that is? is that all you wanted?" And when she heard the shock in my response she changed her words. I honestly couldn't tell at that point if she was being rude or just tactless. There is no overnight staff, so when I needed new sheets (bc the ones I arrived to had some weird black crumbs on them), Sam had to bring them himself (which meant I had to change my own sheets), the night security was asleep on the lobby couch so when my key wouldn't open the front door, I had to bang on the glass, and the room itself had broken handles, the entry door knob was barely attached, the rug needs to be completely replaced (SO many stains). Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, the bed was comfy and they are very dog friendly. But the place does need some maintenance.

Great location, friendly staff Cleanliness.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds and a huge bathroom for a rock bottom price!

Continuing Blessings. I had a great time. Very friendly. Very clean.

Love the decoration, close to resturant we made reservation at

The staff was very friendly. The bistro was closed... so snacks/drinks were hard to find but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location of the property the rooms were clean and access to downtown was good

The room was very spacious and homie. Loved the feel of everything

I hated it. It was a horrible stay! The bar staff was rude and racist. The first room had a foul odor and it was dirty and moldy everywhere. The replacement room was odorless but still dirty and moldy. I was charged for 2 drink after I redeemed 2 complimentary drink tickets

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, great rooms, peaceful patio to unwind on. I will recommend.
