Very noisy hotel. Was greeted by a roach crawling in my $30 steak I’d just purchased after briefly turning off the lights.

The room was utterly filthy! Dark brown stains everywhere on the carpet, a hair on the sheets, garbage on the floor in the bathroom. I called the desk to ask for another room, and the second room offered was worst than the first one! I could not believe it. Used bandaids on the bathroom floor, carpet worst than the original room, and a terrible dirty odor. Management need to take a good look at their housekeeping services, overall the hotel looked very dirty. Very dissatisfied and will think twice before using another comfort inn. And never again in Slidell!

Took pictures of all these issues We agreed to switch rooms ONLY Because we booked as unrefundable we could not get our money back & leave were forced to stay in another room & remain at this unkempt place

I traveled across the country with a van full of my valuable possessions and it felt safe in the parking lot. It’s Tucktaway next to another hotel and fast food restaurant. It felt like a safe area. What I did not like about the place is when I showed up at 2:50 PM they said I couldn’t sign in until 4 PM. if I did it would be $25 extra.

The room was clean, fresh towels everyday, staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh, lots of parking just next door to chick fil a and short drive to cracker berrel witch had the best country food we had in a long time!

The property was fairly updated. The room was surprisingly nice and clean.

The manager greeted peolple and went out of his way to make each persons stay fantastic.

Very nice hotel, nice clean room and excellent staff. No complaints, we enjoyed our one night stay.

The hotel staff and front desk clerks were so nice. We had all types of conversations. The room was gorgeous and i fell in love with the shower. The breakfast was awesome to. I have no complaints!

Great location and hotel! Super slow elevator, wish they would have put in two. We would go back!

Conveniently located near interstate with plenty of food and gas options nearby. Exactly what we needed for a road trip stop. The breakfast was quite sufficient as well. If passing through again I would choose this facility without hesitation.

Just wonderful stay. Especially breakfast and the room.

As I was the one that checked you into your stay, I have passed along all concerns to management. I was made aware of the situation with the bug and hair, I was not made aware of the issues with a dirty lobby, bad smell, noise and I am not aware of an unfinished roadway outside of the hotel.
