Apparently the last week of summer is already “off season” as they had already Shut down half of the water park and had few options for dining

My family and I came to visit 3 years ago and the grounds and beaches were beautiful and well maintained. This year July 2021 the was trash all over the place on the grounds and the beach and more importantly I must have counted over 100 disposable mask on the property grounds, in the pools, and on the beach. Absolutely unacceptable!! But I guess that’s what happens when you require people to wear masks that have already been vaccinated and/ or have tested negative for Covid before the trip and after the trip.

Staff was super polite and helpful. Wish the slides were completely open but understand the need to make adjustments during covid and distrancing. Plan dinner ahead of time.

Visited for 8 days and wanted to check out ASAP - it was BAD. 1) Not enough seats by the pool! If it's sunny, expect to wait 45 minutes to rush for someone's seat who left the pool before being able to sit down. Guests basically had to fight each other for spots. Eventually, we just bought an inflatable raft so we didn't have to sit on the hard pool concrete so much. Asked multiple staff multiple times to assist with chairs but they never came back. Saw moms with their young children sitting on the hard pool deck concrete waiting. 2) Showers were as cold as the pools. (complained 3x - nothing fixed) 3) Toilet randomly would wake us with a bunch of noise through the night. (complained 3x - nothing done) 4) They had a few servers walking around the pool/beach but were never available when we wanted something. 5) Outdoor food lines were ~30-40 minutes. 6) Outdoor food was same quality as a local pool stand: horrible. Unless it's a candy bar, it's frozen, tasteless, and way overpriced. My wife couldn't finish most of the food we tried. Nachos were her lunch and she actually lost weight on the trip. 7) Restaurant food was only a fraction better. Pastries tasted thawed. Meat seemed to be frozen and warmed on order. Gave up after spending $90 for calories because flavour is not included - except the fruit - the fruit was delicious! 8) Front desk says shuttle is every 5 - 7min but reality was 12 - 20min except the last 2 days we were there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Reef. I was nervous traveling during the pandemic but I felt completely save from check in to check out. The accommodations were clean, crisp, and beautiful. The beach food options were delicious. Thank you Reef for an awesome experience!

The reef had the best beach! We did have a few windy days but this beach was kind of like procected from the windy rough water. Also it was always clean the staff was wonderful and extemely helpful. The one down fall was the the Bell desk at The Reef was not staffed so we would have to walk over to the Cove For some further assistance

I didn’t like that the pool closed too early and I didn’t like that guests from other parts of the resort who paid less for their accommodations for to use the Reef facilities

Excellent service everyday! Water park was fun as well. Food was a little pricey but worth the price. Planning a trip for next year too

Staff was exceptional! Several issues at hotel but most issues were dealt with promptly. Rooms in need of some updating. Fridge did not work. Electrical outlets not working. Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues which were dealt with immeadiately. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

So beautiful , so much to do ! Lots of troubles with our air and water ... we were sweating the last day .. and always had a freezing cold shower

The service at The Reef was very good.I understood that at Reef people that served were in high class with theyer respect and service for the visitors including me.Also the place is well maintained. The property has the beach and the pools which me and my family ingoyed a lot.

The hotel was very good.The stuffs were very friendly.We have a wonderful vacation.

Really liked the amenities- was nice to have dishes and other kitchenette items available to cook in our room. Would have like bigger and more garbage cans, and more towel racks in the rooms (there were none).
