Thought the property was very nice. Liked the hotel. Was disappointed there was not a microwave in the room. Other than that, we thought it was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond.

This could be a cool little hotel. But, they have some work to do. Ridiculous that you the bar down stairs is so limited in hours. While I understand the need for no service for the room-due to the pandemic,they should figure something else out. I stayed 5 nights. By the time I left, my trash was OVERFLOWING. I called for extra towels and they sent them up-but it was a “how many do you need?” And when they were delivered, they did not remove the dirty towels-which were clearly ready to go. The staff is friendly and try to be accommodating, but it appears they’re ham strung...and relatively unhappy. While the “retro” room is great, the service and amenities really draw away from it. Not staying here again.

The hotel is very stylish, the decor is astounding. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is new, clean and modern. The staff was great and very helpful. Both bars were nice, the view from the rooftop was awesome.

Daily housekeeping service is currently being offered on a request basis so I apologize that this was not communicated to you.
