Booked this hotel for a short visit to Nashville for a hockey game. We were given a room with two double beds for five people. The website said that we would be able to bring in a rollaway bed for an extra charge but manager told us that it was not possible. Some of the room's outlets did not work, phone disconnected, the heater was melting so we kept it off. and the shower leaked throughout our visit, but hey you get what you pay for.

If you want to place to crash after partying the place will work. If you're trying to get some sleep before an early morning flight, go somewhere else.

The room wasnt in the best condition

They place was not clean.

No lights in the bathroom, no power for usb, wires hanging out of ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to have been, and cord for lights in the living room was cut so no lights bedside. No customer service or maintenance was done. No help whatsoever. Pretty much had to deal with all the problems the entire stay. Would have been better off camping.

I always stay at the same location when in Nashville. This is convenient, right off of Briley Parkway. The interior is showing a little wear. The breakfast is excellent and staff kept the eating area very clean. The registration went well and I had access to my room quickly after a long drive from Pennsylvania.

I opted to stay here because they offered shuttle service to and from the airport. The drivers were both personable and safe. The hotel staff was also friendly. I was unaware the hotel allowed pets, or I would have stayed elsewhere. (I like dogs but have allergies.) I requested a pet-free room, but they are unavailable. The dog in the room next to mine barked off and on my entire stay. Sometimes the dog across the hall joined in. The room did not smell good.

The room is not clean and hotel need upgrade its too old.

The lobby was fine but room had significant stains on carpeting, strong smell of carpet fresh everywhere, cracks and stains on caulking all around bath room, shower/bathtub drain partially blocked with water backup and slow to drain, tub faucet chrome badly corroded and dark making look dirty, main door did not have any casket or rubber stops so door very noisy and letting in light and noise (seemed none of the other room doors had them either so constant closing bangs, heating system way on or off so always adjusting room as too hot or too cold. This was not a $200 a night room/hotel. If the price was $100 or so might have been more reasonable as less expectation but at $200 plus was disappointing and a let down from staying at these hotels in the past

Staff was not very friendly or trained it didn’t seem. I called for a late arrival and they said I had to call Orbitz too. ???? What? I travel all the time and I’ve never done that. It says to always notify the hotel. He wasn’t very friendly when I spoke to this certain gentleman. Then my clients get to the hotel and the lady checking them in seemed very confused about the reservation.

You can tell its a bit older than some others but was very clean and quite nice for the price

Too close to freeway. Heard cars all night driving thru my room.

We do offer rooms with a micro/fridge combo however you would have to select this room type when making your reservation. Thank you for staying!

The electrical strip in the room was almost overloaded? We had to put the electrical strip on top of the waste basket as the television would not reach the floor
