Lots of space, clean, comfy beds and pillows, nice staff and most importantly, pet friendly!!!

The building were good but the management are poor. The front desk are dressed in T-shirt and jeans. They won’t even greet you and there’s only one towel in the room and the soap dispenser on the shower are empty. Then when we got home I checked our credit card, there is an extra charge on my card from this hotel. So called the hotel and they cannot tell what the extra charge are for, so they will give me a credit on the charges within 3 to 7 days.

Check in was easy. That was important because we were traveling and weren't sure where we would be that night so we had to keep our options open till day of.

Do not stay here. Sure the price is good, but the hotel is filthy. We got there and the guy at the desk was nice, but things went downhill once we got to our room. The room door had the sanitized seal so we figured it would be very clean. To our surprise there were hairs in the sheets. The shower had dirty footprints. There was a hair on the shower wall and what looked like a pubic hair tangled in to the wash cloth. So we called the front desk and they said they had another room available. We changed rooms and it was the same. Hairs in the sheets, hairs in the shower, footprints in the shower floor, and the toilet had stains. Also, the sheets were completely wrinkled and very thin/cheap feeling. My husband said the pillows smelled like sweat. I doubt they even change the sheets at this hotel. I felt dirty just being in those rooms for a few minutes. We canceled and got a room at the Hampton Inn Cool Springs. It was more money, but so worth it. This hotel needs to up its cleaning standards. If you check the reviews on google you will see how many people had experienced the same issues we had. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. Don’t fall for the positive reviews like I did.

Went to room and was it was dirty. Crumbs by sink in kitchen area. Trash in bathroom trash can including bloody Q tip. When we went down for another room we were asked if the bed was made. Then we were asked if it was us that just wasn’t satisfied. We wouldn’t have been satisfied even if there wasn’t COVID. Gave us another room but wonder how good of a cleaning it got. I suppose I was looking for a more I am sorry attitude. None.

Orbitz booked us a 2 queen bed room. On arrival we found it was booked as 1 queen with a sofa bed. Rhonda at the front desk was wonderful by accommodating us with another queen room. She should be recognized for her excellent customer service! The hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. Our group of 4 had no complaints :)

It had a full size microwave and nice fridge. Very clean and Rhonda at the front desk was awesome.

Staff was great. Very welcoming and full of suggestions for events, activities and restaurants

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. All of the staff was friendly & courteous. Called housekeeping for extra towels and was they were at our door in minutes. Room had everything & more available. Location was perfect for all our needs as well! We will definitely be staying here in the future and will recommend it to all our friends!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and location was near a wide variety of good food & shopping. We stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids and were very happy - will stay again.

Great hotel in a great part of Franklin. I was disappointed my room description was a little misleading when I was under the impression there were two beds, but the hotel only offers one bed and a pullout couch (as I was told by the front desk). Other than that, everything was fantastic. Room was comfortable (except for the pullout couch). Had a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, the breakfast was nice with prepackaged food items with numbers that represented how long to cook them for. The laundry was only $0.75 per wash/dry. Some hotels charge $3.00 or more per wash/dry. Overall it was a great hotel. Well worth a stay. I hope Nashville will bring me back again soon so I can stay here again.

This was our first time to stay at a Home2 facility. It will not be the last! We were extremely pleased with everything about the hotel. We especially like the modern decor and style. D L Burk

We had a great stay. There was some problem with our toilet when we arrived, but the staff was able to remedy it quickly.

My family and I stayed at this hotel with a group for a state wrestling tournament. The room was wonderfully clean and large with plenty of room. The staff was very nice and very helpful!! Would definitely come back!!

The hotel was very clean, smelled amazing! The beds were super comfortable!

Do not stay here. Sure the price is good, but the hotel is filthy. We got there and the guy at the desk was nice, but things went downhill once we got to our room.
