Didn’t like the paid parking. I paid $249 a night. Parking should come with the room

The parking fees are the highest I’ve seen and mandatory. $40 a night.

The room was not clean -- the room seemed very overused

Didn’t like that we did not have the pool open or some kind of continental breakfast. I know that it’s covid but we stayed at a hotel in Wisconsin and they gave water and a apple to us on the morning. Otherwise very nice. Would stay again.

Great place to stay loved the room top floor city view ! Wonderful location within walking distance to Broadway and tons of restaurants and shops . Easy convenient parking .

Good place to stay, within walking distance to Broadway. Very comfortable beds, only wished hotel restaurant was open. It was so difficult to get breakfast in town. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to downtown and most of the action.

We stayed while we were stranded in Nashville during the Winter Storm Uri. We mostly worked with Kevin, who was awesome. He was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Rooms were clean, and the location is very convenient.

Nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Parking garage is attached to the hotel but you’ll be charged a fee to park here. The location is great, easy to find of interstate and everything is within walking distance downtown.

Clean room, convenient walking distance to Broadway

The service was great. Kevin front desk representative was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel and our room was very clean.

Close to downtown. City view room doesn’t have a city view as it’s blocked by the hotel across the street.

Its proximity to Broadway is awesome! The only complaint that is not mentioned online is paying $30 for parking. This immediately made staying here no longer such a great deal financially. Make sure to add $30 to the price you pay to stay.
