Outstanding experience in every regard!

Biggest disappointment was not having access to soundwaves (water park) with room. For a family of four, it came out to a few hundred dollars to have access to one day at the water park. They mention it in small print at the time of booking so they cover their bases, but everything is extra. We have stayed at Gaylord palms in FL this year and did not have the same experience.

Beautiful property. Gardens were spectacular. Not overwhelming just beautiful.

Awesome hotel! I will visit again sometime!

The property is beautiful. There is limited assisted finding your way throughout the facility (the map is not sufficient). I was extremely disappointed to have been taxed on the resort fee and self-parking.

I'm a botanical garden fanatic and could spend a week here just exploring the plants and trees. Does anyone else notice this, because the property design is breathtaking. A little patio of my ground floor room had 2 chairs and a table - perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reflections...So visually artistic in various lights. Amenities fantastic. Staff so helpful, masked and it seemed safe to be here.

Great property ! Would go back!

The hotel itself was spectacular, however after you spend lots of $$ on the room, everything else is an extra charge. Parking was expensive, food at the hotel was expensive, there is a very expensive water park attached to the hotel that is NOT included. (The pools that are included were nice - even had lifeguards!!) When you spend that much for the room, it would be nice to get a break on something...

Hard to eat at restaurants because so busy in entire area not just hotel.

Great property. Lots to do.

The hotel is fabulous! It is huge and has lots to see. We wanted to try to just stay at the resort to eat, however it was very expensive. Everything from the buffets to the other eateries and drinks in the bar were super pricy. We ended up taking the free hotel shuttle to the mall next door and ate at restaurants and the food court there. The hotel is very busy, people everwhere and long lines to eat.

All inside views are NOT the same. We ended up in a room with no balcony and no real view. Called and got it changed. New room as balcony, seating, and a great view! Also - watch out for PARKING!! It's $32 a day and they want to put it on your room card. They talk like they are going to comp it, but they are just looking to CHARGE it. Once you actually go to leave - the room key didn't work so we had to pay it AGAIN with a credit card. Great stay - but aggravating ending having to double pay for parking.

$300 a night. My room was small, you had to pay for parking, most of the restaurant were closed, everything there was expensive. You are better off staying in Nashville. This hotel is way over priced.

This is a heaven on the place on earth - my new happy place can get better if they provide a bigger fridge on its room, but overall this is one of the best place to unwind and tour around the entire place. Do not forget to witness the night scenes , they are like more like fantastic and heavenly.

Lots of things to do.

I'd give this a 5 for ambiance... this hotel is beautiful. However, the price is steep and I had to argue being overcharged on top of that. The refrigerator in our room did not work and the rooms don't have microwaves. It's so big you've got to walk a quarter mile to the atrium if you stay in the far part of any of the wings. I would recommend staying elsewhere and visiting via Uber... parking alone is $32.

We were there 5 days, when we checked in tje lady behind the counter talked so fast about everything that you couldn't keep up and then just drew a line on a map on how to get to your room and that was it. The place is huge and if you are new to it very hard to fimd things at first, especially your room. Tjen the only little stores that were open were all the way through 2 buildings to get to even tho there was one right by the lobby that we passed every time on the way to and from our room. Tjen to add insult to it all the day we are leaving they opened up a lot more places to eat in the whole hotel. We paid to have there shuttle to take us down town, they gave us a card to call when we wanyed to return, at 7pm which is not very late we called for a return trip and they never answered back, leaving us stranded down town. Pretty bad for a high class hotel to leave two 74 year olds to find there own ride back after we were told they would come and get us. Dont know why im wasting all this time, it never gets read and since its negative probably will not get in the reviews anyway
